They missed out a lot of the valid points regarding the vultures who hound people for charity donations. Somebody asked which charity it was that kept asking for increased direct debits, but it would actually have been a trained sales person at a third-party call centre which specialises on this kind of dirty work. You also have to be very careful about signing online petitions; I did once and was hounded for months by emails from avaaz.org until I eventually blocked them.

Then you get self-serving charities like Peta, which merely concoct grossly expensive campaigns to feed the salaries of their own executives and advertising agencies, whilst gaining publicity for their pet celebrity sympathisers.

I now restrict my own charity donations to the act of taking unwanted items into the nearest charity shops.

Matthew nobody gave a crap about le jungle six months ago now its being used as a political football. This has being going on for the past 18 years. France is not a warzone the last time i looked. God knows why this is called a discussion show- Mr Wright tells everyone his view, wrinkles his annoying as hell nose if anyone disagrees with his view, if he lets them get a word in that is. It's becoming unwatchable.

The way he was half shouting/admonishing and dishing out "advice" to those callers on the Mums with estranged kids yesterday was a real WTF moment!

From the bit at the start I saw today I was thinking similar. What is the point of people calling in when he just shouts over them constantly then says "oh we're out of time"? Surely it's time for an unscheduled guest presenter.
