It'd be nice if enough callers were more switched on. One woman came through on a topic last week where there was about 60 seconds left to talk, "Well, let me tell you a funny story, blah, blah, blah, (not getting to the point)", Matthew tells her she now has 30 seconds and she repeats her opening gambit before he cuts her off as they're out of time. Just get to the bloody point when you get through! Never mind "Hello", just get on with your point - even though you've already told the researcher team and they've put the caption up, with another one under Matthew's camera telling him what they're about to say and who the caller is (which makes Storm redundant, really)
