Can I remind you that the Greatest Briton of all time, as voted by the British public was Winston Churchill, who said plenty of repulsive and racist things - he was what we called 'flawed', and so was Ali. There's no such thing as reverse racism, there's just racism.
Reverse racism would simply be to not be racist. But you don't need a term for that other than to describe somebody as non-racist if it fits.
Experiences don't define the word, you are either racist against people of another race or you're not.
