I used to like Alexis, now he annoys me for some reason.

Bring on my favourite, Steve Furst.

I was on a bus a few years back with a couple of bags of stuff and an empty seat next to me and this woman passenger carrying a child comes up and motions at me. I think she's asking me to move the bags along the floor so I do but it's clear then she's asking for my seat! Not a reserved seat and get this, I'm sitting amongst 6-7 empty seats next to me including two together but she starts getting arsey as if I'm obligated to get up and give it to her just because she wants that seat.

If I didn't already have a low opinion of people in general that might've dented it even further but this is what many are like these days - Selfish to a ridiculous degree.
You state "one person (with a child) a few years back", perhaps this person was just an obnoxious individual, Please don't make this specific person the basis of your low opinion of people,, as that is simply unfair.

As I made clear, she didn't make any real difference to my existing stance.

Bit rich Wrighty castigating others for Brexit bias when his politics see this show turned into a pulpit from which he preaches without apology. Physician, heal thyself!
Totally agree, I stopped watching his show a while ago due to his political rantings, amazes me why he doesn't get his wrists slapped!

Prams are as big as wheelchairs nowadays and children seem to ride in them long after they can walk.
If you get two prams in the bay and they have to put them in beside each other, the handles stick out so far they can impede people trying to get off the bus.
Going back some years there was no special space on a bus for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Wheelchair users basically had no way of using a bus, and people with pushchairs were only allowed on the bus providing they collapsed/folded the pushchair first. Most parents had small lightweight pushchairs for this purpose, even if they had larger prams as well.

Over the years the intention has been to make more facilities available to wheelchair users, and that includes buses - hence a suitable space left available. Pushchairs can use that space but they should be folded down as soon as a wheelchair user needs it.

We'd understand the problem better if we stopped calling them "football hooligans". They're not even slightly interested in football - Fighting is all that matters to them. Football is just the vehicle that enables them to travel in groups abroad to fight other groups.

The women in the audience laugh and applaud at the wife tracking her husband with a GPS device. Imagine if that were the other way round - They'd be screaming for his head on a plate.

Exactly. And one panel member said "If I was provoked and sprayed with tear gas, I'd run away", really?

Khan is not onto something Matthew so stop trying to lead his pr campaign. Put wheatley up there on the poster and then see the complaints coming in. No airbrushing in the world will help her.

Do women even register the irony of them bemoaning photoshop retouching in magazines when they walk around with paint on their face, fake eyelashes, collagen lips, breast implants etc...? They're "retouching" themselves!

...

F-bomb marker - +1 to hear it.

Interesting that Matthew is pinning the violence on Lille on 'British fans', when every other media outlet is blaming England fans. I don't know who's right, by the way. Anyway, stop blaming this on 'British pride', what is British pride exactly??!?!

Surely you mean only SOME women, Straker? Please don't lump all women into this little statement.

Rebecca Wheatley does appear to not bellow out her most annoying laugh just lately, also she doesn't say "Akshully" five times in every sentence any more. Maybe someone's had a word with her to tone it down a bit?

What a potty mouth show today. MW clearly didn't hear the callers f bomb, must have had screechy in his ear telling him to apologise. Followed by JLS guy throwing in a sh1t mid sentence. No apology for that from MW, he must have given up.

Yes, it's a generalisation, obvs (I haven't met every woman on earth!) but I'd probably opt for "most" rather than "some", especially when it comes to non-surgical enhancements.

He made some disclaimer at the top of the show. Apparently it's a time-saving phrase!

Maybe it depends upon where you live then. We don't see much of it at all where we live. When my Sister-in-Law visits from California, however, that is a whole other subject. Eyelash extensions, tattooed eyebrows, lip implants, breast implants, fake tan (even though she lives in a Sunshine State), Botox ... the list goes on. But she is the only person I know who does this. She's eight yrs younger than me, but looks 15 yrs older! Hehe!!
