Oddly, what might do the trick is for Katie & Anton to be in last place & grab the sympathy votes to safety. Then someone else would ensure NDB was out!

The only way Anita is in the dance off is if Georgia is 1st, Katie is 2nd, Kellie is 3rd, Jay is 4th and Anita is 5th.

That would give a Kellie v Anita bottom 2 into where they could realistically save Kellie but my heart couldn't take Jay being in the bottom 2 on the leaderboard. 😳

My votes are now all for Jay. I want him in the final more than I want Anita out of it

I do too. I love Jay more than I dislike Anita (I don't even dislike Anita, she just annoys me) so I guess it's just a case of wishing everyone the best and voting for outpr favourite.

You could definitely swap Jay and Kellie around there. I think it's a more realistic possibility as well.

Yeah, whatever might be a better vote, my votes only go one way now to Jay, even if Georgia is in trouble, and I would really like to see her in the final.

Me too, and quite frankly as a person I like Anita more than Kellie and Georgia , HOWEVER, I have now arrived at AOBANDB and if anyone would have told me this a few weeks ago I would have laughed my head off.

I had to rewatch her Who Do You Think You Are due to missing chunks of it through snotty sobbing loved how she came across in that and even her early weeks on Strictly when the stuff she was doing for a NDB was average/better than for the amount of weeks in

For me, the shift started just before Blackpool and Blackpool just cemented it.

Like I said though, all votes are now for Jay. No split decisions here and let the chips fall as they may. If Anita is in the final, then fair enough. I hope Georgia is there as well because I think a final without both Helen and Georgia will be somewhat lacking but if that's what we get, that's what we get.

What about how lucky Anton is not to have a duffer this year, or how he may see his first final?

You're right, it isn't.

Variations of "did you expect to still be here in November/December?" or "did you ever expect to get nines?" or "can you believe you're in the semi-final?" or "how are you going to cope with two dances?" but that's the point...it's a variation on a theme, not the same single phrase repeated over and over again, on TV and all over the forum.

See, I just find that amusing, mainly because he has danced in December before, he has had 9's before, he has done 2 dances before and he has been in the semi final before - so the storyline they are shilling is flawed at best.

Although if he breaks his 10 duck on the Charleston, my sides may split beyond repair.

I still recall the charleston he did with Fiona and how she outdanced him.

Could be interesting on Saturday with them going head to head with Jay and Aliona, certainly very different styles, but I'm not entirely sure Katie does gurning either, beyond a bit of smiling and nose wrinkling.

Just looking at Fiona's Charleston with Anton now that Rednell mentioned it, she did rather out dance him, looked far better in technique, he looked very messy and didn't seem to bother with some of the steps, mind you the trousers didn't really help.

Haven't you watched the show before? They do love a storyline they can hammer to the last!
