See, Tommy & Hayley on ITT have more chemistry than the Cliftons and they're just mates. 😱🙄

Aargh, my telly has Cliftons! Really, PTB? Really??
(And I'm the one person watching Strictly who actually likes the rumba - and then this? ![]() )And why no AT from G&G? I was looking forward to that. They are just messing with me. ![]() *goes to drown sorrow in something strong* |

We have a red Devon Rex (very similar to a Siamese but with a curly coat). He was 14 in August and how he has got this far, I have no idea. He has no tail as it had to be amputated when he leant too far out of the bedroom window ( trying to catch the birds up in the eaves ) one day and fell breaking his back down by his tail. Mega vets bill, thankfully covered by insurance, but he made it. He has regular pain killer drops as his hips are stiff nowadays.
He is a contrary bugger and one of his traits is blinking cat biscuits. He always had Friskies. One week when I was over in France, I was picking up some bits in a hypermarket and noticed that cat biscuits were a third of the price than here. So I bought a couple of large bags. Now these French were in exactly the same packaging. The only difference between French and UK was the writing was in French. He absolutely loved them and to this day, won't eat English biscuits. How he knows the difference, God knows. Every time I went near France after that, I had to buy 15kg sacks so he didn't run out. |

I've never quite figured out how cats make you do things like this, but they do, don't they? What clever little buggers they are.

Wishing Puddy a speedy recovery.
Last time one of mine had her teeth done the vet said keep her on soft food, scrambled egg etc for a couple of days. She looked at the scrambled egg, looked at me as if I'd just given her a bowl of cyanide, went and bullied one of the others off their food then decimated the go cat bowl. ![]() Wishing Puddy well

If she thinks O mio babbino caro is from La Boheme, she needs to rethink her smuggery
![]() I think it's amusing considering that she is the aprons presenter. If it had been Georgia people would have accused of ignorant, but it is far worse for Katie to make that mistake. I still like them. Ridiculous but, somehow, amusing. |

Cats have uncanny abilities. Open the cupboard door and remove tin of beans, chopped tomatoes, soup, chick peas, whatever from shelf and cat takes no notice. Lift tin of tuna from shelf and hear the thump as the cat who was asleep on a bed hits the floor and the patter of paws down the stairs before he appears at the kitchen door shouting MIAOW.

As did nearly all of us except the judges. 🙄
You watch that again and tell me where and how she could improve it by two marks? They were on it, she danced it impeccably, their timing was immaculate, it was cool and Josephine Baker-y and just brilliant. Far worse dances than that have had tens thrown at them. And I'm still not over it... |

Nope, refusal to compute! And I refuse to even consider what she could find irresistible about him |

I'm not keen on cats
. They unnerve me.Of course cats automatically sense this, and if I visit a cat owning friend the damn animal decides to climb all over me with their barely sheathed claws while I sit rigid with fear. |
