I think Marinamau has just about got it

I interpreted the wall of text as a rant about how they'd repeatedly voted for Anita in the semis because they disliked some other pro/celebs. And now they've seen people making "anti-Anita" comments they're going to spam speed-dial and spend a fortune voting for her in the semi-final because other people are mean.

Whatever floats your boat... But don't whine about it costing a fortune and lots of effort when it's your choice to do something like that.

Personally I'll just stick to using free votes for Jay
as if Jay needs your free votes

I thought it was just me ...
Me too. Think the jist might be that the poster will be multi-voting to counteract all the perceived negativity towards Anita. At least, that's what I could work out...

I am constantly getting annoyed by two things one hearing about Jay's previous dance training and hasnt progressed like all of the others.

The second is Anita's lack of dance training she used to be my second favourite and I still like her but all we hear about is lack of dance training.

No, I agree - and I hope it leads to more in the way of her day job for her because she is extremely good at it.

Any of the final 5 who become the final 4 deserve it - they've obviously connected enough with the voting viewers. I just wish Helen had managed it a little bit better - I'm trying not to feel the next couple of weeks reduced without her there, but struggling.
Me too re Helen. Just can't seem to get too worked up over which of Jay, Georgia, Katie or Kellie will win. AOBANDB.

Perhaps it's because they are American, you know, " do the math" . We have maths here.

However, never understood this I am going to vote like fury for someone because others don't like their dancing, sort of negative voting. Perhaps that's an American thing, perhaps that explains Donald Trump.

Thanks for all the comments on Gleb, perhaps he is this years Kevin and will be forever loved by those who like style over substance for ever but never like in here as I for one always find his dances predictable and either twee or frantic or twee and frantic.

Gleb dances, porn or pizazz or porn and pizazz?

He has the whole families free votes here, because we think he deserves to win. Not because we want to force someone else to lose in a fit of pique.

I must admit, the thing I struggle with is the 'I'm not voting for xxxx because I don't like their fans' - why should the way random other people behave stop you from voting for someone you like?

It's either cutting your nose off to spite your face, or an excuse

Me too Morticia though, you could have added Helen to the group of who I wouldn't mind winning. If it's not Jay I won't mind as often the best dancer doesn't win and each of the others have arguments for them winning.

But still AOBANDB for me too and I do feel strongly about that.

If Anita dances poorly, gets bland comments and goes through this week, I am not sure I will watch because I think she must win at that point and I will find that very sad, because why would anyone try to improve next year, if it's is all personality based and it doesn't matter that you haven't really improved throughout the season, why bother? Either people like you or they don't?

I find that hilarious, you must be very weak minded to let other's opinions have any sway on yours. People actually take notice of the crap we spout in here? Why?

It's not just in here Alli, it's all over the board, people saying they are going to vote for someone as they don't like the way X Fans behave.

Earlier on in the season I must admit I did vow never to vote for Georgia due to her one SOOPERFAN. I hoped she would go out as I am not sure his fandom was healthy but thankfully he no longer posts. So I was allowing fan behaviour to influence me.

But I didn't vote for someone I didn't like because I didn't like fans of someone else

Don't ask me, I'm still trying to figure out if there had been a definitive ruling on whether Jay is stiff or flaccid

Let me be clear about this, I want Jay to win. If that's not going to happen, then I'm in the anyone but crapdancing Anita camp.

If she wins, I will chuck pashminas about, tip up the chaise longues, drink all the booze and flounce, with all the swishing I can muster.

And bizarrely, so will OH, He , who ignores my annual addiction, can't tell a walz from a jive, cannot abide the ongoing storyline of St Anita the Untrained. Whilst studiously ignoring ITT last night, he was then heard to mutter ' not that Schtik again, over it, 13 weeks love' could have knocked me over with a feather!

B both

C depend on who he is with.

I do feel that pages and pages of thread could have been compressed, but then perhaps I have a mucky mind

I'm in the "if Jay doesn't win I'll be totally baffled" camp. Why would I want Northern Georgia who I forget as soon as she dances to win? Why would I want Kellie, Kevin's Shrieking Dress Up Doll, and perhaps worst partner to date, to win? Why would I want Anita NDB who dances much at the level of week one to win (she was well above average in week one, in some mitigation)? Why would I want Katie, Anton's partner who messes up/is dull in most of Anton's ballroom, and let's not mention the Latin to win? Of all of these, I could tolerate Georgia best because I loved her Charleston and of the other four she's the only one to have produced a dance I loved. But that's about it. But Jay has produced a few dances that I bet will be on my all time favourites list, so why not want him to win.

If Jay goes out before the final three, I'm done voting at that point and possibly drinking myself into a coma, wrapped in my pashmina and planning to avoid all things Strictly for the next year, and possibly forever (FLOUNCE!)

I can't bring myself to vote for anyone else, Georgina at a push, but probably not (and dialing a whole new number whilst mainlining vodka is never going to work ), but I know someone's really irritating me when I'd possibly consider a vote for Kellie and TTF before them.

I think non-Strictly Anita is a gorgeous, intelligent, successful, determined woman who I like a lot, and always have done. It's just Strictly Anita is getting on my last nerve (it's a similar thing to Kellie, away from TTF and I quite like her, put them together and )

Yes totally agree - Jay has been under more pressure than any other celeb - having favorite tag, tabloid harassment and lies, family bereavement etc. He at no stage has sought sympathy or made any excuses - he has just got on with doing something he really enjoys and appreciates the training he is getting from a top professional in Aliona. I think he is displaying admirable traits, particularly in one so young.
He has actually missed out on training time this week due to attending his late grandfathers funeral which is why there is very little training video available on their dances this week

Poor Jay! I hope the producers don't try and exploit the loss of his grandad, but let it stay private.
