Me too - in the same way a pesky younger brother would if I had one - or a dog that won't shut up barking.

So where are these women who tremble uncontrollably at the mere mention of his name?

Do they have no Internet connection? Do they not get out much? Are they all dancing waltzes with their sensible friend at tea dances?

Mine loves Alex too.

She's a massive perv, it's a good thing I'm nothing like her then 😇😇😇😂
Mine stalked Yul Brynner round London when he was over here

I read these two posts together and thought - what, Anton's run and speedos are nice with Chip Butties.....

Blimey! Perish the thought.

I guess I am in that age range now (though very much in denial about it) but there's never been a point when I've thought 'I must be getting old, I have the hots for Anton.'

It should be included in one of those 'You know you're getting old when...' type lists...

Number 37 - You suddenly realise you fancy Anton Du Beke

Well, I'm hoping that day never comes! plus, it doesn't matter how old I get I'm still 14 in my head it's only when I look in the mirror that I get a shock.

Is that old lady following you round and jumping in front of mirrors and cameras as well? I thought it was just me!

The only way I can explain the Anton appeal is the nice, "funny", gentleman that opens the doors and takes you to afternoon tea at the Savoy (other older fashioned hotels available).

Probably appeals to sexless people.

My mum obviously never heard of him (Spanish living in Spain) but I think she would find him repulsive. She would more likely have the hots for Gleb and most likely Jay even if he could be his grandson (but he is totally her type).

I wouldn't mind a nice gentleman taking me to the Savoy, opening doors for me, pulling my chair back for me, and dealing with all the unpleasant practical stuff like paying, I suppose. Depends what form his 'funniness' took

I think that's why his 'power pack displacement' was so surprising. It wasn't so much the displacement, it was more the fact that he *had* a power pack.

😆😜
Pretty sure I will regret this, but what dance was it? The one where the power pack was revealed?

Not that I was scarred for life by it or anything, but I'm fairly sure it was his cha cha with Fiona Fullerton. I'm NOT going searching to see if I'm right.

I was watching that series quite closely!!! And I have no recollection of it.

So it can't have been that bad. Anyway, I will wait a few days. Otherwise I may not have the stomach to watch Anton dance again. Which is already difficult.

To be honest, I really don't know how it doesn't happen more often. I mean I don't have one (obviously) but thinking of me dancing with Alijaz, Gleb or Tristan, well... If I had one...

15 seconds and my gag reflex engaged

That is so many shades of wrong, I don't ever want to see him straddle a chair again

To take your mind off it, I was reading an article earlier today saying that the Andre is really struggling to shift tickets for his O2 gig.

I honestly think he's hindered his career, not helped it, by doing Strictly.

I'm sure there are many women who tremble uncontrollably, they probably also rock, sobbing in corners moaning 'Oh God, it's latin week for Anton, I just can't bear to watch'

Just gone searching for that article. Apparently the arena holds 20,000, but he's closed 2/3 of it off for his gig.

And has sold 2,700 tickets apparently....

Why on earth book such a large venue in the first place? Surely it would be better to play smaller theatres and have them full?

My cousin who is a year younger than me, 26, fancies Anton.
