He is wonderful and although he wears a prosthetic leg, I don't think that would stop him if he was asked.

Great suggestion.

Oh I'm quite glad I read it - any doubt I had that Ola was alright has now well and truly gone out of the window. Some of her moans ring true (rubbish pro dance routines, Craig being an arse) but most is just bitter nonsense that's been written in a way that most TOWIE fans will probably think "this is a bit low-brow actually, isn't it?"

*raises hand guiltily* I read the Mail article (and comments ) I agree if she'd stuck to backstage details, it could have been quite interesting in a fly-on-the-wall type way but the score settling is tedious. The sexy stuff is just and most probably goes with the wet T-shirt car-washing to promote their Ann Summers "ambassadorship" (the kind of ambassador that truly spoils people with disgusting gold-wrapped chocolate balls) but I can't deny I'd be intrigued to know more about Dr Hammy's obsession.

Well even that one is not exactly conclusive of Craig being an arse. She says James wanted to change one of their routines for the SCD tour. Craig said no, they protested and Craig told him to pipe down as he was just a dancer.

Maybe that was how it happened. Maybe James did politely ask to make minor changes within his own number that would have no impact on the overall show and Craig rudely shut him down.

Or maybe James "The Brad Pitt of the Dance World" Jordan in his usual publicity seeking, arrogant and abrasive manner was hassleing for a bit more spot light. Maybe the changes he had in mind would have changed the running time, the overall integrity, the space allocated to each of the dancers or turned it into the James Jordan Show. Maybe Craig as Producer has to put the bigger picture first and declined such changes for good commercial or artistic reasons. Maybe James wouldn't take no for an answer until told to Eff Off.

Essentially the same story through two different interpretations. You can choose which is more Jordanesque!

Ugh. Imagine to having to ghostwrite anything for the Jordans

They'd never get anyone good to do it. No wonder it reads like the scribblings of a tiresome teenager.

I didn't get beyond the first page the of utterly dire Shades of Whatsit. Load of old &%&£!

I didn't even get to the bottom of the page of this load of old cobblers in the Daily Fail.

Craig is mean? No, really? I would be too if I had to put up with those two - and Cliftons. Not a brain cell between them

I stumbled across his 50 best SCD contestants the other day. I didn't agree with all of the running order but I agreed with much of the rationale. But I really, really enjoyed reading it. It was highly entertaining.

Thanks, but the last time I read Monkseals blog it was so perfect that I wouldn't want to taint that special memory by reading it again! 😂😂

Seriously unappreciating the BBC losing Great British Bake Off.

An institution as BBC as Strictly.

I know, probably won't bother with it after it goes, can't be doing with ad breaks stopping the flow and I'm not paying Murdoch a penny if I can avoid it (presuming it goes to Sky or ITV

I just had a scout on Twitter and Sue has retweeted the BBC Press Office tweet. Read into that what you will.

Yet again public loses!

^^^ This

It's unlikely to be a better show on ITV -- the opposite is more likely,
Of course it'll be a shorter programme because of all the ad breaks.
Mel and Sue are on contract to the BBC, aren't they, so will they be able or willing to follow the programme wherever it goes?
Mary and Paul both said previously that they want GBBO to stay on the BBC, but that doesn't necessarily mean they won't follow if the price is right, I suppose.

Trying to find any positive if Mel and Sue are contracted to the BBC they will both be free to do SCD next year.

I definitely don't want Mary Berry, ( too arthritic , it would be cruel) and actually could live without ever seeing Paul Hollywood again.

However Mel and Sue in the same series would be great fun.

All four are contracted to the production company rather than the BBC, none of them seem keen on moving though.

Quote:
“Although the presenters and experts are contracted to Love Productions, the £75 million contract secured by Channel 4 only includes the rights to the show and not to the presenters themselves.
However, the stars' contract with the production company - rather than the BBC - means they would be free to move to Channel 4 if they wished.”
