Hyperactive TTF with his finger on the nuclear button? Worse than Trump.

When I was a kid, a trump was a child's word for breaking wind. Still makes me giggle when I see banners like 'Trump for US President'. Is that an instruction?

I think I've had one too many hot lemons, but now imagining 'Hail to the Chief' played on the ultimate wind instrument.

Think it's time for a nap

At least you're on hot lemons. I'm supposed to do the steam with towel over the head thing. Doesn't make the chest hurt any less and makes my hair all frizzy. I'm relying on the torpedo-sized antibiotics and regular buckets of tea.

*waves at everyone, collapses in a heap, unappreciating dunderheaded loss of login details*

Boy, am I glad to be back finally, though. Rose liqueur, anyone?

Bit of catching up to do...one day maybe I'll master the art of several days' worth of multiquoting, but today is not that day.
My main point of unappreciation is probably that Darcey being squiffy and bordering on incoherent on Saturday seems to have surprised no-one and gone unremarked. (‘Yah, I-I shink sho too, wow. Wow, you’re gorshous. Yah.’) Can they maybe not break out the strong stuff until after the show?

And I wasn’t impressed with dresses (Katya wearing one of Karen’s cast-offs, I believe) being recycled unchanged. By all means, reuse nice material or beautiful dresses, but that one was nothing to boast about in the first place imho. (In the RT photoshoot Katya is wearing something stunning and embroidered – why not have stuck with that?)

All the rest has been said already (while I was rattling the ‘re-send link’ button ), really – pink trousers, strange choreography, Claude’s dress on Friday, calling Robert ‘Judge’ as if that was a name…but apart from all that I must say on the whole I was pleasantly surprised by the standard, and the people in general. But then, as usual, I knew only a few of the celebrities beforehand, and still forget half of the others...

Same here and from the smirks and suppressed sniggers among the choir (including our director) when the word occurs in hymns or anthems, we're obviously far from alone!

Hello there
Glad you managed to get back in
I think people would be more surprised if Darce made it through a show sober!

Now deeply unappreciating the adverts that manage to sneak past adstopper are for anti flattulence tablets, hair loss and wigs, can I strongly suggest that T.r.u.m.p. Is never mentioned on this page again. Quite honestly I am deeply unappreciative of the CIA , FBI and anyone else with numbers or letters. Get it together people! You know you want to.

Seriously unappreciating Gorka's accent. Specially, because it's like mine and I hate to be reminded how stupid do I sound.

Unappreciating that Joanne is probably going to have Ore dressed up as Fireman Sam

Unappreciating that Vicky Giggles (and took all the giggle mentioning as a bit of a shout out ) said that Gorka will be in a onesie. Bearing in mind, they are dancing to Yes, Sir that's my baby - the pictures conjured up aren't reassuring ... especially if it means one of Anton's is recycled.

Unappreciating everybody saying they are "terrified". OK I get it, can we let it go now. I would be wetting my pants but I haven't volunteered for the show.

I like quite a few as people this year but trying not to invest in one person. It was too stressful supporting Jay last year..

As long as there is no little Anton left in error.

Oh gawd, now you've gone and reminded me of Anton's red jive babygro. Took me years to get over that one.

And what about Ian Waite's onesie? That made my eyes sore!

2 weeks it took for Jwanne to turn a sexy man into a man in a babygro.

Oh my lord what fresh hell will there be next week.

He was the best bet for a yummy man this year, I suppose there is Gorka, he is in fact lovely but he is paired with Tameka which sort of neutralises any sexiness.

Greg, too tall
Melvin too short
Will too hipster and not my type nor I his.
Ed, well he is Ed
Danny nah, Hollyoaks.
Rinder ditto Will.

Giovanni, needs a towel but at a push, though not with maple leaves stapled to his temples.
Aljaz, terrified of Janette.
AJ, indecent also very plastic
The rest, no!

Oh Jwanne😭

Next week dressed as her special toy soldier, then Teddy bear, then I really don't know, I am not Jwanne.

And I liked you on ITT last year learnt a lot more from you than I ever have from Karen. 😭😭

What do our expect when her big brother's idea of adult masculinity is capering about with a light sabre?

To make an obvious Freudian quip, perhaps he is trying to overcompensate for inadequacies in a sword related area... as well as being culturally infantile..

You have a point.

Just got back home (been away all week working) and have had a chance to catch up with this thread.

Am now utterly depressed, having nightmares about men in baby grows and thinking I need to increase my breakfast of one pain aux raisin to at least two to compensate.

Deeply unappreciate the desire for constant regression to childhood being so evident in certain siblings, thereby destroying any faint hope of a frisson of delight watching men cavorting on a dance floor.

Bring back sexy please

Dressed like a friendly bathroom product placement.

If it's right that Gorka is going to be in a onesie, then Vicky Giggles has effectively neutralised him in week 2 as well. Has Gleb left instructions/bribes with Ward Robe? I am Strictly sexee man. Make sure every man is dressed from the Clifton sketch book and I will let you have calendar at good price.

Exactly how I feel.

Not getting too invested in anybody this year. Glad it worked out in the end as Jay won but my nerves couldn't take it.

Whatever the effect of Jwann, I found myself starting to go off Ore last night. He's a bit too media-polished. If we could get an interview with him where it doesn't sound like everything has been scripted and agreed in advance, it might help. I don't necessarily mean a comment about eating babies, but something spontaneous...

After the Ore/Jwann interview last night, I'm unappreciating the idea that the celebs could end up as bit part players in a major family rivalry storyline.

Exactly how I feel about Ore now.
Him with Aliona(I miss her already so much!), Oksana or Katya he would be probably in my top two. But with Jwann, all his polish is too much.

I do like the look of Danny and Gorka, until either one of them start talking.
Alijaz still rules my heart. (I am a short Latina, so I know I am his type!!)
