She started off well, but her weaknesses have been truly highlighted now, and Anton's arrogance really does not help either.

You can't really get through on great legs and a cute way of wrinkling your nose - which incidentally might have worked magic up until age 22ish but now looks contrived - without mastering some Latin or learning to keep to the beat.

I did like her but now I want her to stop giggling and hooting in training and bloody focus.

It's not going to happen though because she's rather enjoying the character she has created, Legs & Anton do Yachtie in the South of France and Anton gets to wear a special blazer with very shiny buttons.

Sorry darling but it's over.

No because not one of the female celebs have an ounce of fat on them and they don't have muscley arms like those

'I did like her but now I want her to stop giggling and hooting in training and bloody focus.'

And yet when Anita gives it 100% in a training session, she comes under fire from you for NOT EXUDING THE JOY OF DANCE!

If there's one thing I adore stalking this thread for, it's the rampant, unabashed double standards. Long may it continue!

Welcome...

It's not a double standard because you're missing the giant chunk of middle ground between those extremes. See Jay, Georgia, Helen, even Kellie - they all look like they're having fun but clearly focusing too

Right, TTF'S rubbish choreography suddenly makes sense, chuck everything at it and hope the audience doesn't notice, basically Gleb's smoke and mirrors with more frantic legs

2 things, it is an unappreciation thread

And both things being unappreciated are not mutually exclusive, you can train hard, AND still exude the joy of dance.

Your welcome

Anita can do what she likes in training - I just wish she would show a bit more joy during the actually performance.

Welcome, by the way - and no one ever said we're perfect

Where do Lurkers live? I didn't think we had any spare cupboards. Sof's supply of Weekend Talisker seems to be taking up most of the room

Not really, because we all have different opinions, so I'm at the can't stand Anita's earnestness end of the scale, Katie doesn't annoy me whereas Sofa feels that Katie annoys her. We may agree or not agree but all opinions are respected. But then just to confuse it even more we all change opinions weekly and sometimes even daily 😉

A duff dress and a poorly pro can work wonders

But slightly smarter because he includes basic steps that technically are correct.
Gleb doesn't.

Listen to the music, take every literal reference you can find and do it and the theme is far more important than technique. Yep, tells you everything you need to know about the Kevster.

Robin agreed - which really tells you all you need to know!

Vicky Giggles didn't mention Kellie's dress did she?
It is going to be lit up, isn't it 🤔

All I could think was - man up Gleb, just a swollen face, my son had an allergic reaction to Maltesers at 6, his face looked like a red cauliflower and he still went out in public. 😜
