Not a follower of Monseals blog then?

And he was from the commonwealth, so different rules would apply.

But of course,

What I do find irritating about " abroad " as a red head is that you might as well go about with a huge sign over your head saying :

" No I do not come from here I am a tourist"

My husband and children are the Mediterranean types, however I am the polyglot and they hate speaking languages. However apparently my red hair means they have to speak , Franglish, or spanglish etc to me. Harumph!

Also when young and occasionally still now red hair is an open invitation to have my bum pinched!

But at least I am noticeable without the Maria Van Trap curtain suit. Neil just needs to go abroad a bit ! Get used to the big sign on his head!

He's been converting the photos of other pros to redheads on twitter. Pasha looks quite different , and AJ even younger still.”

Don't you know Monkseal ? In addition to posting on DS he writes a wickedly irreverent blogpost on SCD weekly, you would know all about Greg, the man in the hat, why Katya should never wear a hat, all about Gloti all sorts of things to increase your viewing pleasure.

I do follow monkseal on Twitter. I don't tend to read his blog. Will need to take a look.

All but one of my dance teachers have have come from outside of the UK. Most are from Europe. I know that the one that comes from a non-EU country has taken dual nationality. Not sure about the status of others. They have all represented England (rather than the UK) in competition. We rely heavily on the import of dancers from outside of the UK for success. Our last set of Latin world professional champions were from Poland and Belgium but settled in the UK towards the end of their career to give us British World champions. I would say the majority of the more successful couples representing England have at least one non UK member.

Pfff, if (all hypothetical after all) we have to lose all the foreign dancers, I refuse to keep Craig too.

Anyway, what does anyone think about the training footage for this weekend? Claudia looks absolutely fab! Looking forward to her, Danny, Daisy and Rob. I think a lot of the others are going to be badly hamstrung by music choices, sadly. Who is the music-picking person this year?!

Just hope Aljaz makes sure there isn't the usual gap you could drive a bus through in his QS.

It's never been noticed, commented on, had marks deducted by the judges before and he gets far in the completion. Why change the habit of a life time?

Actually that reminds me, when with Queen Nat you can't get a playing card between them so he does know how to do it right.

Take sandwiches, a flask and let your loved ones know- it's addictive and you'll be gone a long time.

That could have been slightly dodgy before the watershed if your keyboard had slipped a little bit more! (Or is it just my mind that goes there )

I think he's too skinny to get close to someone. Or maybe it's like text wrap in indesign.
