I'm like that with Daisy. In fact on Saturday i had completely forgotten about her and was shocked at the end when they did the dance highlights!!

I hope Gorka gets featured in lots of pro dances now he doesn't have a celeb any more! I've no strong feelings about Tameka or Laura - both could still offer some good dances, neither is currently brilliant - but I was looking forward to seeing more of Gorka. ”

Hopefully they'll make full use of him on It Takes Two also.

I'm glad it's not just me, I really thought Tameka wiped the floor with Laura there. Laura looked very scruffy to me, whereas Tameka was fast and looked accurate. I'm no Tameka fan (too loud and over the top for me) but I thought she wuzrobbed there.

After the Andre/Jamila air quotes dance off, they've made a big deal about it being decided on the dance off only - but this one could appear in the Strictly lexicon as 'potential over actual performance'.

Or 'tall leggy pretty girlie over shorter chunky older lady'. Or is that just me, a shorter chunky older lady, being cynical?

Having seen how gorgeous Laura's Ballroom is and knowing she's got rid of the party Latin two that don't suit her, I think she'll be ok from now on.

Gio can swerve the Samba and I think she'll be fine with Rumba AT Paso and Charleston.

ETA I agree that Tameka had the edge tonight though. I actually thought Laura was better in the main show

In the context of the dance off, I definitely think Tameka had the edge. She improved, Laura was worse. Bearing in mind that they were only a couple of marks apart to begin with (and I thought Laura was a tad overmarked on the main show), Tameka should have had the dance off verdict. If the dance off verdict only goes on the dance off. Which it should do. Apparently. But doesn't always.

Laura's a better dancer overall, and tbh, I'm not really arsed about either of them but on sheer dance off performance, Tameka can feel aggrieved about that result.

And, judging by her 'last dance' - she sure does.

I was wondering if I'd missed an announcement of an all male version of WSS as Somewhere is usually a Tony/Maria duet!

You can see Laura pulling off a good Charleston (after this weekend) or a good sharp Paso? Never mind the fact that her Charleston will be compared to Georgia's.

Unappreciating/Appreciating in the same breath that we have clearly already lost Laura into the Overinvested Thoopafan Madness Zone and are never getting her back. Some of them are breaking really early this year. Someone should tell her that Jamelia went through 5 of these things.

But she already knows. BECAUSE SHE'S THE THOOPAFAN.

It's a tall girl thing I think , Helen struggled with salsambcha those as well.

Jay and Greg have shown tall people can Jive so will be good to see if Laura and Daisy can do it.

Don't know about Charleston but I think she could do a decent paso

Well, Jay and Scooooooot both did good tall person jives. Alesha for the women, and Denise van Outen's from memory.

I think Laura's flattering to deceive. OK, it's only been three dances, but both Latins were a mess and her ballroom was just nice. They've been talking her up, but I can't see what the judges see.

I thought I was the only one who felt that way! Not much in it but having initially thought the judges chose the right one, I was surprised to change my mind after watching them both perform again.

I thought all Helen's dances were pretty good - Laura hasn't yet come near to her standard IMO.

Pretty much this. I like Laura, she seems sweet and is really pretty, but her dancing is pretty 'meh' so far. I felt the same way about Georgia at this point last year so its not hopeless, but I'm underwhelmed so far... in fact the only girl I'm really impressed by is Claudia. Louise is a good dancer but I'm not really feeling it.

Surely only by those over invested in Giovanni's love life, very much unappreciating anyone thinking that is normal.

Are we looking at all of Artem dances post Kara in a relation to how Kara dancedwe are its because she was really good and only Natalie approached her.

Unappreciating anyone thinking otherwise.

I know that was spooky wasn't it. Demo and everything. And I really liked the step so I am practising it madly with an AT twist.

I love that song, and I enjoyed the performance and Anton and Joanne too, but it was an odd choice for two men (not in a relationship?) to perform as a duet. I suppose in the context of a story about the times of "a love that couldn't speak its name" this song would have a resonance though.

I mean we are apparently having two, three, four polls a week about how Danny measures up to Jay...

They see young, leggy blonde and then there's also potential for Strictly gossip - Georgia v Laura. Why should they care about the dancing?

I was concerned about those horrible, thick tights Laura had on. What the hell were they?

To be fair to Bruno, Laura has exactly the sort of physique that he usually goes a bit doolally over.

As this week's dance is a quickstep, expect another Danny versus Jay poll.

Will be voting Jay for the Lolz.

Maybe we need a poll on whether posters enjoy adopting ringer hatah and ringer lovah personas for alternating series years
