Especially when you have some ridiculous charges like £150 for debt and mental health doctor’s note.

The dreadful attitude there is still towards Mental Health problems is appalling.
I had no idea about that that's appalling

I have a feeling she'll be heading there in January once Danny is Natalie Gumede'd. Although I'd like to think she'll come back with Nat Lowe-levels of unfailing enthusiasm.
It's taken 6 series to finally break Pasha, so she should be good for another couple

Unappreciating Vicky's outfit - khaki boiler suit. She looks more like Biggles than Giggles.

Winning helps delay embarkation for Erin Island.

Unless you're a female pro, in which case winning packs your bags once and for all and even gives you a little banner to roll out the back of the ferry saying "**** YOU LEN".

And 'but'. When I rule this world, I'm going to ban but - especially when it follows 'don't want to be xxxx, but' because it usually means, oh yes you do - and again pages and pages of bile.
Following it into the banned pen, will be 'being honest' and 'telling it like it is' which seem to be worn as a badge of honour by people just egging themselves on to be as mean as possible. Just because you can say something, doesn't mean you should.

Well I might have to borrow him for a bit as I seem to have put Sir Leon somewhere after a particularly late night with a bottle of Absolut and some cheese straws and I can't remember where I left him.
You left him tied to the Round Table

Fortunately I managed to rescue him,, remove the cheese straws, and he's now sleeping off his vodka hangover . . .

Really, cadiva, you must be more careful with these fragile and vulnerable men - they simply don't have your voracious appetites

Haha, yes you are absolutely right, have you watched this show before Loving "contempowaft" Oti had definitely got the gleam of the glitterball in her eyes last night. Still, nice to see a pro who is not yet island bound! Wonder how Brendan will be after a studio day hearing Boom bang a bang played by Dave Arch and the gang and then there is poor Pasha. I have the feeling his Charleston face will be the most haunted we have seen and it isn't even Halloween!
Would Danny be able to give good contempowaft, though? I don't know if he has that added level of grace. He's too MT. I think he'd be better with a Jay style car crash which then makes him nervous for the following dance as well, after which he can stage a comeback.

Ricky had the problem of being too good from the start as well, and he never appeared to have an off week so it all looked too easy for him. I don't know anything about off-camera stuff, but he always came across as having very little personality - they were definitely the dull ones. Nat was also pretty unpopular here in her first year due to her not realizing that the British public aren't keen on overt 'eye on the prize' attitude (to be honest, I still haven't grown very fond of her - sorry! I know loads of you adore her.)

Oti might be really competitive this year, but she established a fan base during her brief run last year, so she hasn't just appeared on the scene going "I wanna win!" She also hasn't made Nat's mistake of coming right out and saying it.

Better than "I'm not trying to be funny, but... " is "I don't mean to be rude, but..." Any sentence starting there should end there.

I'm unappreciating that I don't even dare visit the MF anymore because I don't want to read any of what is written out there to kill my happy Strictly mood - so please people, don't report back!

I'm deeply unappreciating the constant stream of 'news' articles about Will's departure, generally giving quotes from other people who admit they know sod all about what actually happened. And Karen getting on with her life isn't news either. Why wouldn't she be doing?

Also unappreciating some claims that Will quit due to fighting with Karen. Presumably the tabloids will keep guessing until something sticks.

I am not appreciating 'know it alls' who, as per usual don't actually know very much at all.

Good job you're here now Sminty to remind me, of course I remember now, it had all got a little bit steamy when Merlin left a wet rag hanging in front of the fireplace.

Re the MF, I'm surprised the Mods haven't closed the threads down yet as they're just going round in circles now.

Maybe they have, and those in there have found the door is closed so they can't get back out, which is why they're continuing to squabble for lack of anything else to do!

Roll on tomorrow's show and the next controversy.
What will it be - a celeb that didn't resign but should have or a celeb that did resign but shouldn't have?
Can't wait to see what the next Instant Internet Diploma covers.

The one for "How Dare Someone Have a Private Life" will still be going strong.

I am very tempted to ask on there how certain posters are managing their piles, but I am very afraid that they would tell me.

One thing I do find odd is the 'professionals' who purport to know more about how a celeb should market their career than that celeb's current team. There is clearly a reason why said celeb is with their current team rather than the ones posting on this forum. Do they ever think of the damage they are doing their own reputations?

Just had a dream that Daisy's rumba was so perverted that the audience booed it at the end and Len quit the show. Put your money on that, it's my most surefire prognostication since I decided that Jake Wood had Series 12 in the bag in week 5.

Diploma! How very dare you masters level at the very least!

My guess is politics, I am not at all sure Ed will go for couple of weeks hence knocking out a couple of goodish dancers or we may actually have a real "WUZZROBBED" situation and then the ins and out of politicians/ academics doing the show, will certainly be debated with help from very busy, very qualified experts.

I would, but it's an Aljaz rumba so will have had to go through the Janettefilter

Right, what we need to know is - is Ed booked to speak on a cruise between now and Christmas.

I want to be a Maven (said in manner of Tyra on Next Top Model ... Kelly Cutrone PRMaven). There, I've said it, therefore, I am.

I've decided to stay away from the main forum from now on, after reading a post yesterday where one of the resident mental health experts decided that Will has Avoidant Personality Disorder. I'm willing to bet that the poster in question had never even heard of APD until I posted a link about it on the advice board last week *sigh*. Thank you Monkseal btw for replying to that particular poster, saved me the bother.

The Strictly forum feels a bit like the school playground at the mo - all the sensible, intelligent, compassionate people are in this corner while the arrogant, bitchy, horrible people are out there in one particular corner, backing each other up and egging each other on. I'm keeping away in case they try and steal my dinner money!

Yeah, and they're all wearing their ties really short and chewing gum and trying to look dead 'ard.
