Thanks. Tried heat, vibrations and infrared. Plus Emugel and those pads that get hot when exposed to air. Only thing worked to stop the spasms was an ice pack. Off to work today with my lunch bag stuffed with them, to keep going.

As you can see I tried all the heat based remedies. Just Atypical I suppose.
