I think the idea of re-writing the question cards is a great one.

I'll start -

Considering she's a attractive woman, how do you think Tess manages to come dressed as a pantomime dame who's been at the bargain basement "party rejects" bin every week?

Next...

The problem with RR rewriting the questions is each one would finish with "wouldn't you say, Oksana?" which would make no sense when the other couples are being questioned.

Unless she pops up in each interview like a dancing gooseberry - I wouldn't mind that.
Ok but that would be amazing, especially if she had no idea what was happening. Every interview Claudia does tonight, all her questions end with "wouldn't you say Oksana?" Doesn't matter who she's interviewing. Meanwhile the other couples are getting increasingly confused and have no idea if they're meant to be answering or not. Oksana keeps being pushed to the front of the area so she can answer questions so basically she ends up being the interviewer because she has to pass every question back to the couple being interviewed.

Robert is happy and smug, Anton and Brendan are killing themselves laughing, Claudia plays up to it and just ends every sentence she says with "wouldn't you say Oksana?" and Tess cannot work out what's going on because she never picks up the new cards anyway - she's still working off her script from the very first show she ever did.

"So, in all seriousness, what do you think of dancing your Waltz to Sex Bomb this week?"

(Though in fairness someone, think it may have been Gethin, touched on music choices this week. Think it may have been with Judge Rinder and Oksana.)

excellent.
I think Danny could get away with it as well.
He has definite snerk going on and I'd love to see the questions Oti could come up with
Oti's questions:
1) On a scale of 1 -10 how much do you think Danny and I deserve to win this series?
2) On a scale of 1 -10 how good an idea do you think it is to beat me to the glitterball this year?
3) Considering your answers to questions to 1 and 2, do you really want to win Strictly this year?

Wouldn't you say, Oksana?

When answering the following, please bear in mind that I have sharpened this stiletto heel and fully intend to use it should the occasion arise.

Yes.
Be fair, his answers did acknowledge the question. He'd more likely respond with 'Good'.

We already have sweetie but brave aggs is still there. Perhaps Bognor could become a new HQ?

Now there's a thought.

Do I need to send the helicopter for you?
Oh thanks sweetie, much appreciated.

Making slow progress, my fault, Richard Arnold was on his way to visit Erin when he offered to help row, neither rowing or navigation being his forte a crate has been opened, progress slowed but more enjoyable.

Going back to this - no, they have to give the new cards to Tess and insists she reads them, even by threatening to give Vernon a new phone with unlimited texts to force her. Because that approach with the judging panel would be even better... the judges all sitting there with confused expressions on their faces as Oksana states what she thinks about the dance - four times over - before scurrying upstairs to speak for the couples as well.

Stuff Blackpool, this is the Oksana edition!

Totally unappreciating that because of some humourless sods I had to trawl through the utter crap that ITT has descended into to find out what Bobby Rinder did or said that was so bad some folks seem to believe he should be taken out and shot - it was funny for FFS - I blame all this on Trump and his addle-brained supporters.

Buggers off to Erin Island sans entourage but with crates.
Ditto. Raspberry cider pour moi - thanks Sofs!

Thing is if the NAT starts to point at other threads and posters >>>> out there then they will come in and defend their opinions . I used to post in the NAT a lot when it was simple fun and sarky comments on the show / dresses / props etc .Once it got personal I felt it best not to join in if I am honest .
IMO if we have an issue with a thread or post or posts then by all means question them on that thread , or have a discussion out there .But it was never the trend on the NAT to unappreciate others opinions in here and snigger about it . In doing so then posters will come and defend themselves in here . Just my opinion
I don't think it's so much a problem with the NAT as the the show as whole, it seems to have gone terribly po-faced and - for all the Mexican dancing bands - rather humourless. It seems any comment that isn't in total praise of the wonderfullness of absolutely everything and everyone is jumped on until the squishy bits come out.

Ed staying or going isn't the issue for me, it's how it's handled and at the minute we seem to be careering full steam ahead into a Series 6 situation, which isn't good for anyone and never makes for a benign series.

I think we need to have all the irreverence we can muster, personally.

Just occasionally I like it when the celebs show sparks of their real selves not the PR, staged, all chums together and bestest thing ever-Iness off it. If they also respond to my shouted at the tele instructions, so much the better.

Me too! A good snark is good for the soul! we need some snarky pros back! It's quite something when you have to look to the celebs for snarkiness

Tristan, Aliona come back. 😭

Unappreciation is the order of the day in here but personally, I unappreciate unappreciation without a little tongue in cheek (I'm kinky like that).

Simple unappreciation can often come across a merely whinging and while I can whinge with the best of them, I think it's out of place in here without a little sarcasm (or something akin) attached.

I loved Series 6 semi final night though; everyone on here being able to do the maths and realise the issue straight away whilst the BBC blundered on regardless and had to do a backtrack during the results.

Indeed. Spot on as usual.

It is the understanding of that word - IRREVERENCE - which is the ultimate DOT word really - that is in jeopardy here.

Po-faced and pontification are really not quite the same thing.

Howl for the helicopter if you need it aggs! Always on standby!

I love this stuff as well. Like Jamelia & Tristan on ITT last year - TV gold.

What you're basically saying is they should have got a white cat for RR to stroke at the same time?

I nearly put 'pussy' but relented. You should all be proud of me.
Judge had a case on his TV show yesterday about someone who had paid a vet bill for a cat they were looking after for someone else... he nearly managed to get through the show without using the word pussy.
