Ward Robe have had a bit of a problem dressing her all series. She's short, chunky and very muscular. Giving her something fitted works best, but they tend to muck it up by giving her a huge updo on the head which makes her look out of proportion with herself.
I grant is isn't easy getting great frocks that look fantastic on everyone, but even when they have given her a good outline, they've done it in a hideous colour or bizarro texture. Her charleston outfit worked, but not much else has. Simpler is always going to be better for her, but she must have shape! Otherwise the poor woman just looks like a randomly wrapped sweetie. |

She is very tiny and muscular. I went to watch a gymnastics competition a couple of years ago and in the flesh the girls are so tiny. They look OK in leotards but obviously some styles don't suit. The height difference isn't helping either. |

On that note, has there ever been a really good face plant on the main show? I recall Anya getting her heel caught in her costume, and nearly going down, and Flackers just missed a tumble down the stairs mid AS? Has anyone succumbed fully to a spot of full on inadvertent floor bothering?

I am late to the party yet again but I can only remember poor Ian going for an unchoreographed knee slide during Zoe's America showdance in Season Three

I did think she looked fab in the opening number. So much for short people can only wear three-quarter length.
Can't multi-quote, but I agree that her VW dress looked good as well. Nonetheless, I still hold to it that she needs to be clad with care rather than just covered in something shiney and hoping for the best. |

Wasn't that wowed by Danny's Charleston if I'm honest. It's a shame cos half his dances have deserved 40 based on this years scoring, but not his Charleston. Whole show was a bit pants imo.
Having said all of the above, it was heads and above the best technically difficult routine of the night and I did have a smile at the end of it. It's my own prejudice, I love a "proper" old style Charleston like the original from Josephine Baker ![]() Quote:

I loved it - it was another of those dances that I see myself doing in my head, if that makes sense. With Oti's dress. And legs.
![]() It was, for me, the best dance of the show. Was it a 40 - maybe not but it was better than anything that had gone before so in the context of the show it was in and the scores given previously, it was about right. ).

I'm jumping on your guilt, I enjoyed it for the absolute WTFckery of it all, I couldn't believe what she was wearing, at one point it looked like she had caterpillars on her eyelashes, Kevin's trousers deserved to have the floor all on their own but it was one hell of a performance all ends up!

Can you still get pregnant if you keep your poloneck jumper on?

Check out her look at 50secs in, then her "feely touchy moment" at 1.05 secs and the end. |
