He may have had a welcome moment of humility when he cooked some highlight of Russian cuisine which turned into a globulous lump of starch, akin to King John's giant red rubber ball, which even he couldn't dimple his way out of.... or am I thinking of someone else???

Come on Aggs there must be something.

You secretly fancied Kenny Logan when he did the Paso in his kilt? You thought Alex Jones was the best One Show presenter ever? Penny Lancaster Stewart really didn't rob Gabby Logan in the Dance Off? Matt D'Angelo's step sitting really was part of their routine not him just having a strop?

No? Not even one teeny tiny secret

I've been on this thread longer than most so you can't throw me out for admitting that-
I voted for Chris Hollins using a real live pay per vote phone!
I was all in favour of a Susannah Reid win for about 3 weeks until the Reid / Kevin combo got on my wick

Oh I much preferred him on that, still didn't make my ovaries even remotely twitch, give me obvious intelligence and a naughty gleam in the eye any day of the week (and yes, I may possibly, perhaps be talking about a current Strictly celeb , but not when dancing)

To me, Gleb looked like he had wandered in from the film set of a swashbuckling drama.

And seemed to fancy himself rather too much.

Ooh, all these confessions make me want to out my own strictly secrets.

I don't think Aljaz is that good looking.
I've voted for Brendan many times (but not this year) and I've been to his live shows.
I loathed Russel Grant in every dance he did.

And now I feel cleansed I shall wrap myself in a pashmina and curl up with a bottle of wine and a consoling hug from Tristan.

I had no objection to the Hollins win (although I did watch that series from the rarefied plain of industrial strength painkillers) and I actively wanted the smug vicar to win (particularly after Austinwuzrobbed). I have never understood those who list Chambers among the worst celebs to win Strictly. He was pretty darn competent across the board even if he did take on worst facial traits of Ms Vibroknickers. And he was competing against the lovely Strictly sedative that was Rachel Stevens and Miss Judges'Pet 2008 so he was absolutely the best alternative come the semi-final.

Darren Gough can still nob right off though.

I like Alijaz, but when he smiles I can only think Billy Bob Alijaz and hear Duelling Banjos start up

Unappreciating the Pinstripe Poppins Paso dress on ITT.

Being of a similar age, I was initially pleased that Smuggers was on the show, until the KFG phenomenon and stink to the roof high hamming took over... had forgotten her facial expressions until Janette's comedy segment on ITT. Lawd ,.........

There's going to be tableography as well - is it going to be a Debra Meadon Boardroom Memorial Dance?

I may or may not share that enthusiasm ,.......... I couldn't possibly say.

You mean you were never tempted to treat yourself to a Darren Gough calendar (£9.99 available from all good branches of DFS)?

No, that was him.
He just seemed more of a real person than the cardboard cutout from Strictly. Wish he could have been allowed to be a proper person on Strictly. Still probably wouldn't have reckoned him, but at least it would have been for himself not a construct

Although, it did give us the most clunky segment of Strictly ever, possibly after the trainee had been reading the policy book ... look, in the audience it's Mrs Gleb. Mrs Gleb is married to Mr Gleb. She is very pretty. And they also have a baby

He seems like a genuinely very nice man - but he should never wear TTF's hat ever again.

The only way they could have overegged the pudding anymore would have been to have her in the front row, breast feeding..... Perhaps the policy book was moot on that point...

I'm a bit confuzzled as to why the pro who always asks for her skirts to be made longer is the one who's been flashing her knickers at me almost every week.

She needs enough fabric to get a good handful so she can flash V-O-T-E O-R-E in morse code every week. You couldn't run the risk of her accidentally spelling out W-T-F I-S T-E-S-S W-E-A-R-I-N-G instead with an uncontrollable too-short skirt.

Is it a dark enough secret that I voted for Gavin Henson?

And that I'm not 100% convinced about Kevin's wig?

Pinstripe Suit .........strange choice. (Will we have the brolly ..again)

Oti's dress...very samba - ish. Unfortunately I can't get Susanna Reid's samba dress, with its beading, out of my head. And KFG jumping through the jungle. Yikes.

In my head, Kevin is always replaced by Steve Backshall in that dance.
