Watching ITT Kevin has on the Flavia memorial wig, only no one told him it should have a fringe.

So much this. I'm behind and catching up on iPlayer and just got to that part. I almost threw my drink at the screen.

Haha, it's a free country you know!
Let's vote now for AJ and Claudia's Salsa to get 10s this coming Saturday! They seem to be nice kids, and AJ has a lot of family members in the dancing business - let's make them happy!

Maybe they need to get Donny Osmond in to judge this weekend.
That'll be a guaranteed 10.

Yeah baby!

Oh so that's how Kevin got his scores of 4x10's. By having lots of members of his family in the dance business.

I watched ITT last night. I saw a lot of TTF's 'choreography' for Saturday.

What really happens in his little Haribo world? It's really quite demented, isn't it?

Off he went skittering across the floor like a garden gnome on speed, thigh slapping and juddering and skipping about, while Mimsy stood there watching and quietly dying inside.

Ye ha indeed.

tbf re: kellie's tango getting 40 - in the side by side shot of her and kimbo she did actually look so much better. It was the theme of K&K's tango that crippled it - not the way she danced it. I remember Pasha and Kimberley's dance having a great feeling and chemistry - but when she was in hold she never projected away from pasha (obligatory lol can't blame her) and needed to pick up her chin throughout the whole of the dance.

I don't think either really deserved a 40. Maybe if K&K had a different theme. Maybe if Kimbo sorted out her posture.

I thought their dance was going to be a quickstep this week? Hadn't realised line-dancing was due a revival...

There is a nagging possibility he might have misinterpreted Bruno's zeitgeist craving and thought it meant stratospheric, egocentric reinvention.

The poor woman looks as if she might have a conniption about the thought of saying yee hi. And people say Kevin never gets duffers or has to work hard and is the favoured one. She seems very hard work to me.

OR

He's a bloody awful teacher to not see his students weaknesses and choreograph to accommodate them.

Last year he had no idea how to tone down Kelly nor even recognise it was a problem.

This year it's exactly the opposite, trying to make a people pleaser make it all about her is never going to go well.

I think his real issue is that it is all about him and his desire to win something. It means that no matter who he dances with, he cannot really see them or stand back enough from his own desire to be on top to really showcase them.

He is not generous dancer, he is a desperate one. Fatal in my book.

I think it's a good thing to try and push her a little out of her comfort zone and push her to be more exuberant and carefree. And saying yeah hi isn't exactly going too far in that direction...

Agree. He seems to teach the stuff he needs, not what would help his partner most.

But he's asking her to be something completely alien to her. You can't force someone to be exuberant and carefree - especially when it look like they are dying a little inside.
