Probably just my old biddie bias but it seems to me as a total non-dancer that the newer crop of dancers are more from the stage school 'street' type of dancing, and the likes of Erin, Ian W, Matthew Cutler, Nat and even Brenda, are 'proper' dancers. They seem to do the proper dances, not a few steps from the proper dances with a lot of faffing included to pad it out.
