If it didn't mean losing Danny or Cloudia, I think I'd like to see both Cliftons in the final. Then we'd see if family loyalty led to shouts of '10!' from the balcony or would sibling rivalry take hold. Or would they both glare menacingly at Karen?

I think we're going to need a quiet room for the next couple of weeks. It seems to be heating up - and if I thought last year's final was a bad tempered grumpfest (and I did) then this year looks set to knock it into a cocked hat.

I gave up hopes of speaking proper English long ago. And recently I have finally fully embraced my accent. (Just beacuse some people seem to think it's sexy! I still think I sound retarded! )

I've lived in England for more years than I want to remember, but every now & again (usually at times of stress or major excitement - like United actually bothering to win a match) I break out into thick Irish. And as I am from the Six Counties, it is quite impenetrable Norn Iron Irish. I get people looking at me and you can se their minds going 'wha....???'

Who wants to speak BBC English anyway? A Spanish accent is lovely.

I am not really that invested in the winning aspect though if Danny doesn't get to the final so I see all of his dances I will start spear throwing. It appears however that some people do care about who wins. A lot.

Also if we get something like the stupid Sophie situation where we never got to see her charleston repeated I might throw things again.

Those judges choice dances are just odd, don't they understand by that point we have our favourite dances and want to see them not a stupid week one cha cha.
I think they forget it's an entertainment show, we want to be entertained.

Thinking about it their are many dances from this series that would have made the final a lot better if we could have had them repeated,

It's going to be a joyless dry final if they are not careful.

I really hope the judges have learnt to keep their mouths shut and not try and impose a winner that the public don't want. That caused quite a tetchy feeling to last years final.

There will be an inevitable Len send off but hopefully it's short and not too saccerine sweet.

I just don't want it to be worthy, how about some fun.?

I pick up every accent going, no matter where I live, I am like a mynah bird a natural mimic. Currently quite an RP drawl, but I lapse into a Welsh lilt ( North Wales ) at the drop of a hat. It's not conscious and I don't know I do it. I met someone from the Shetland Isles a while ago and before you knew it I was saying " wheest".

As you say, it does somewhat confuse people. It's impossible for me to not do it, I do pick up languages easily though.

I nearly chocked the first time I heard myself say " Parse the glarse, please'

Instead of " pas the glas please ". My Northern heart was a little broken.

Love a Kimberley! I'm from East Antrim. Lived in Cardiff for a few years, and Glasgow, and have a French other half, so some strong accent-isms have been softened.
