I do not appreciate that someone went into the back of my car today.
Gill, that's awful. Are you OK? Is there much damage to your car?

No, the wooden spoon is universal. My ma used to use a wooden spatula too, and that really stung.

We all have a cultural fear of leaving the immersion turned on, too
That would explain a lot about my family too..

That, and the incessant reshuffling of the dishwasher, timer set to the early hours for cheaper electricity, to fit in just one more teaspoon...

Not particularly keen on Ore and Joanne going this week, but I would die happy if I could see the look on Kevin's face if he doesn't make the final for yet another year. "What?? I didn't make the final?? Me???"
I fear we must wait another year before witnessing that particular delight.... Boo....hiss 😣😣

Is it cheeky to say that I'd love to see a Clifton sibling dance off this weekend?
Entirely understandable but a tad optimistic. Though we may lose Tiny Tears, so one of the siblings...

I think there is every chance of both Codheads being in the DO this week. The babies support seems to have grown a tad recently. So it's down to the GBP's vote and I really think that Danny and the babies will get voted through leaving the codheads to fight it out. I don't know what I will enjoy more .............. TTF's face or the judges rage at both codheads being in the DO.

ps. People from Grimsby are known as codheads by us folk in Lincolnshire. Due to it being a fishing port.

That would be such a sight to see the judges' rage at the codheads being in the DO

If it happens, the DOT cheers will be audible in space!

Re Irish celebrities - Dara O'Briann please. The eye-rolling at the judges, Toss, tptb, the VTs etc would be **epic**!

He'll never do it. He says SCD is showbiz death.

Thanks for the hugs. I am OK and the car has a crack in the bumper area. I was stopped at the traffic lights and the car behind didn't! The repairers said it will take an hour to replace the part. Not bad is it?

That's good Gill.
Super annoying but at least you're unhurt and car seems to have got off quite well

Poor Greyson gets no more interesting.
Mate is going to see him in Scunthorpe next week

Not appreciating the fact that I'm actually liking Mr Katya. He's an attention-hog in dancing but he seems actually quite nice on ITT!

Having said that, I'm deeply appreciating that TTF didn't win the pro challenge!

Ah, thanks, Fuschia

That would be a good casting, wouldn't it? Both Hayley and Roy in fact. But there may be cries of 'Ringer!!!!' on here, because Hayley-the-character took dancing lessons in quite a long storyline. Previous Dance Experience

A Corrie themed series would be good, good mix of ages there. Rita could be paired with Anton, Gail could have GorkaAliazPasha but she might go a bit Dr Hamela. Steve McDonald could have Nat, lots of giggling. Ken... suspect he could be a bit lazy so he'd need someone to beat him up.

And I'd really like to see a Football themed series, but not with the likes of Robbie Savage. I'd have Cantona and then loads of gorgeous Italians Bliss!
It'd be worth it just to see Audrey doing the Argentine Tango.

Another one here I've left the Ormo Christmas cake by the kettle and the soda and potato bread are frying nicely on the hob.
I live in Dublin now and have just spent half an hour on the phone with the tax office where the automated system could not understand my speaking my tax reference number in 5 attempts and so finally put me through to an actual person - I felt like I was in an episode of Miranda
We've got Irish in our family. I remember my brother bringing his boyfriend to meet my very Irish grandma for the first time. She had a right picture on her and we expected it was because she was about 85 and we thought she might not like the gay thing. Nope, it was because my brother - born into a Donegal family - brought home a boy from MAYO.

Anyway, they split up eventually so obviously my grandma was right.

Irish grandma's are fierce. I got lucky with my other half; apparently the French 'are awful polite.'

Good news I suppose, as it could have been worse.
My car multimedia screen isn't working, not a biggie except it controls the heating...
