I'm so unappreciative at the minute that I still haven't watched Saturday's show yet, that's how much I don't give a stuff about who wins this year

I wonder if him being in the audience every week is part of her problem?

Imo they like him because they know he will choreograph to any old bumpf they choose and include whatever props they give him without being difficult about it because he is desperate to win and will do whatever it takes to get his hands on that glitterball. Atm he is like putty in their hands.

Would he still be as obliging if he was an SCD winner? The winner always gets a duffer the next year so invariably leaves the show quite early on. Part of me would quite like him to win and then turn into the bitchiest drama-queen SCD has ever seen Is that bad?

Doti on ITT <3 <3 <3

Oh if they don't win it's an injustice. Oti's thirst is hilarious: "How many people get to jump off a bridge into Danny Mac's arms?"

I think the problem is that Kevin's taught her the routines well but he out-performs her every week. I would have liked to see her dance with someone a bit calmer tbh. She's not a natural extrovert and Kevin's just so "excitable" (as Brendan would say )

I think projecting this nice mum image is a deliberate choice on her part, I don't beleive years of stage school makes you embarrassed to perform. Therefore if she knew she wanted to protect this nice mum image she was only ever going to give a limited dance, she was never going to put her heart and soul into it. What she has actually done is deprived someone of the opertunity to do the show who may have been fabulous and provided really great entertainment.

I sort of feel it's like deciding you are going to go to the top of Mount Killamanjaro being paid for it, everyone willing you on but starting off knowing you are never going to go beyond 7/8th of the way up even though the party everyone is waiting for can't start without you going all the way up.”

Think the nice mum image is clever vote catching. Last weekend's Torygraph had an article about how she felt she had totally lost any sense of herself in meeting petulant Jamie and sons' needs, and Strictly was her last chance to get some sense of self back. How many 40 something or younger women are having the same experience and will empathise/ vote for her based on that?

Unappreciating the apparent momentum behind Louise. Every panel seems to have a majority vote for her. Are we on course for the biggest WUZROBBED yet?

Good god, did we need another panel going "Louiiiiise! LOUIIIIIISE! ANYONE BUT DANNY, PLEEEEEASE!"?

It's like the people who run ITT don't know when not to overegg things. You're not being subtle, people. It's going to backfire on you.

Can I just unappreciated that none of the smugster winners panel on ITT wanted Doti to win...

Also unappreciative of Zoe doing the hard sell on how in love with Louizzzze's character everyone is. Like trying to cover up beige with magnolia.

Can I also unappreciate on a personal level, the day from hell, involving an aged greyhound, a fall, a leg broken in 2 places, 3 vet consults and bills, numerous awful conversations about bone cancer, euthanasia as an option, a 4 hour round trip to an orthopaedic surgeon, not to mention a very distressed dog, and enough tears that Ore would be jealous of....

Where's the Blairite triumphalist election anthem when you need it??

I have long consoled myself with the thought that the WUZROBBED contestants are always very fondly remembered.

I don't know who will win, however I know who will be the real wining couple for me😀

Oh and grrrrrr to Jill wanting Loiuse to win because Kevin choreographs to show her off........

Wonders if she is in the running for a slot on the judging panel 😏

I'm half expecting Ore to clinch it but as you say Louise seems to have that demographic behind her, she's inoffensive, eye candy husband and TTF is inexplicably popular with a fanbase.

It'll be interesting because the scoreboard will count for nowt.

Yeah, but it was a panel of The Wardrobe <still not over it> and Smug Vicar (who won by being the anyone but vote).

(Actually, watching Tour de Celeb - The Wardrobe vomiting into a ditch and Austin Healey being completely Austin ❤️)

When did Strictly become a Primary School 'Nice Mummy' summer fayre contest - where everyone gets a sticker and no one actually loses?

It's either that or Father Ted's Lovely Girl Competion https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4AFpQu-Z8es

Well she's spouting enough bullpoo to warrant a space.

Kevin shows Louise off? Really?

Quite apart from the fact that Louise shows less inclination to be shown off than a chameleon in camouflage kit and dark glasses, Kevin's choreography and overdancing would have a drag queen with Tourette's struggling for attention.

What next? Anton is a secret samba specialist and Tess is taking over Newsnight?

So glad I never watched THAT series. I would have sent the wardrobe back to IKEA promptly on the basis of tonight's short exposure alone...

Oh, I think she's going to win it.

It occurred to me, watching that panel, that she's done her own version of the Yorkshire Wardrobe. Instead of "just a Yorkshire lad who loves his cricket and his beer and his dancin'", we've got "just a mum who loves her kids and her husband and is nice to everyone". Apparently, both have had a journeeee - and my response in both cases is 'what effin' journey?'

Gratefully accepted. Nothing like getting to know your newish colleagues by blubbering all over them...

It was just all so shocking, and noone does sad eyes like a genuinely hurt member of the greyhound 🐶family.

It settles it for me. Danny may as well not turn up next week because no matter what he does, Louise is going to win it.

Secretly I hope everyone overwhelmingly votes for Danny and denies a Clifton victory, because I can only imagine TTF somehow will get more irritating if he actually wins.
