This series is wearing thin on my sense of humour. Even the Telegraph was wittering on in separate articles about 'Who is Louise?' Who is Ore?' I stomped my foot and swished my pashmina and snarled 'what about Danny?' until it occurred to me that maybe even they are wondering if Louise has a personality and Ore can do anything beyond blub?

Let us all pray for the tsunami of backlashes.

Hot Ore has become Wet Ore and it's sad

Also <waves> just in case Ore reads here - because his Thursday ITT interview had him saying that there is a point in every dance where he and Jwann look at each other and smile.

Nope, Wet Ore - think you'll find it's Danny and Oti that have first dibs on that one

Highly unappreciate that yesterday's ITT was one big shout out ... and DS was not accepting incoming calls

I particularly liked the original idea that Kevin has had for their showdance - apparently it's to be a representation of Louise's journey through the competition.

That will be a plod about, with a couple of stops for dusting and a bit of floor mopping then, maybe a bit of oven cleaning for the faster section

Have Danny and Oti talked about it? I can't remember them doing so. It's something we've noticed for ourselves.

On a more jovial note...has anyone noticed the difference on this forum after the 'updates'? It hasn't changed for me...not that I'm NOT GRATEFUL, tapping away on my Imperial typewriter from 1972 here...
Even the Ore jibes haven't changed...phew!!

shouldn't take long...her dancing is just the same now as it was in week 1 to me.
Surely it would be better if Kevin did his own 'hairstyle' journey to the final.

I think I might do the same.
I am genuinely torn between watching Oti swoop to victory, scattering Cliftons in her wake, or trying to endure the horror of Kevin's most triumphant sex face from behind a cushion

:
That's so funny and horrific at the same time. Made me spit Kit Kat and gin across the room!

Very much unappreciating the endless posts about Ore's crying. So he lets his emotions show. Big bloody deal.

I couldn't give a stuff about Ore crying. It's the big bloody deal made about it by the show that irks. It's b-plot storyline after NDB.

I am very much unappreciating what Chelsee has done to her face. Her surgeon/butcher should be shot.

Appreciating the families on Googlebox all raving about Danny's dancing last night. Might get him a few more votes.

If I didn't know better,. I'd say Ch 4 were pushing for their boy for raising the profile of Hollyoaks and in response to the Beeb pushing their boy

Thanks for the link.

This paragraph is interesting:

There were cynical murmurs when Mac joined Strictly that he might have had too much prior dancing experience; Mac had already appeared in the hit West End musical Wicked, a retelling of the Wizard of Oz, where he understudied the role of a munchkin called Boq.

But the actor was quick to put the rumours to rest. "I wasn’t employed in Wicked as a dancer and I’ve never danced on stage before. I was employed as an understudy for four years and was there to sing," he explained, adding that ballroom dancing was something he'd "never done before."

It looked like a mask Fantomas was wearing in those old French films

I don't think the whole revamp has happened yet, just some database stuff to check that existing members and their profiles can be transferred.

Yes, is to go, even though they openly admit s/he/it is a forum favourite

But, on the bright side, we may get roll eyes back, and we'll be able to post videos I think.

I didn't recognise her. I hope she doesn't pass her surgeon's name on to Cloudia
