But the judges had the VW 2nd on leaderboard. They're supposed to judge on Technique and we're meant to get carried away. But this series their scoring has been wild.

Six couples left and Len scored 5 of them 9 and Jay a 10. That's it. He couldn't get a fag paper between Katie, Kellie, Anita, Georgia or Helen. If the Head Judge can't - how are we supposed to Craig

That's aimed at Len and Craig BTW, not the lovely aggs!

I do think the audience should be told NOT to applaud the dancers while the guest singer is performing - it's such bad manners. I always feel sorry for the singers. The applause should be at the end of the performance.

The band singers are part of the background to the dancing, so it seems acceptable for the audience to applaud the dancers then.

I LOVED Helen

I havent seen it yet. Was having family time decorating tree and watching Bruce Almighty. Off to watch now, but gutted.

I know Georgia was better last night, but I thought Helen was better overall.

All the dancers left are brilliant, so whoever goes from now on, it will not seem just.

TBH- out of the rest of them, if it wasn't Anita, I'm not surprised Georgia was in the bottom two this week with that dance. Being on first with a saccharine sweet, nicely executed but ultimately forgettable dance won't have helped.

I would have happily seen all of them bar Jay go before Helen. She dances better than, or as well as any of the others.

You know that it wasn't exactly a memorable dance when the only bit of it we can be bothered to discuss is the bloody teapot!

The prospect of a Kellie and Kevin rumba looms large. Overwrought fist clench will be first in the choreo I would think.

Instantly forgettable other than the dancing props!

Suspect the high marks were keeping her out of trouble over the last few weeks, while simultaneously undermining her appeal by leaving her looking overmarked and overpimped.

I think that week when Helen had the bottom two tease (rumba?) did for her. Her reaction was so OTT that I think her votes fell away. Even last week, with that exquisite VW, she was overshadowed and many didn't pick it as their dance of the week.

True! I think I had gone in to a sugar coma pretty much as soon as they waddled on.

He is such a a**se! Suspect it will be dire. 'I'll keep her feet off the ground the whole time' he leers, thereby confirming he knows her feet are carp and he has done nothing to fix them!

Me too.

I thought the very same thing. It is SO crass to do that. What morons go to this show? Do they have any social graces at all? Why does the floor manager not take care of this, or is he an ignoramus as well?

I agree. She is a real loss to the competition, and, to quote Alesha, while pointing at last night's non AT, " ..and I had to endure that".....

Well, they followed Jay's jive, threw everything at it and failed, followed his paso, threw everything at it and failed, now they're following his rumba, and quite frankly I'm not sure either my eyes or brain will be able to deal
