Maybe we can have a thread whipround for DeltaBlues?”

It's only about half the size of the one on scd though. It needs to be bigger to achieve the proper tottering technique.

So dressing me as a teapot isn't bad enough, you want me dressed as Mrs Slocombe dressed as a teapot?

There isn't enough gin in the world...

By the final he'll be a simpering pile of goo, sat there in his checked shirt sobbing at the beauty of Jay's dancing, watching the jive on repeat for 2 days

Unappreciating that we've reached the stage in the competition where the forum becomes all maths and stats obsessed .

I calculated there was a 37% probability that you would make that post today.

Oh, hush, that's the best bit! At least we haven't had endless posts about how they think the public + judges leaderboard looked to get the result we had on Saturday with everyone miscalculating and arguing. They're my favourites!

I hope to goodness Vicky Giggles doesn't see that or Kellie will be wearing it in the final, come what may!

(Best bit of the teapot's performance for me was when it was meant to be in hold but its partner couldn't reach/hold onto its spout and handle so it just pretended to be in hold.)

I said I feared it would be her nemesis, and so it proved.

Seems either you get duff music/theming and struggle, get a rock song and maybe cope, or get a traditional song, look the gift horse in the mouth and chuck yourself about like there is no tomorrow (Hi Gleb ) .

I am definitely in the minority but I really enjoyed her paso . It was nice to have a dance where, for once, you had no preconception of what it was going to look like. I mean the BATB foxtrot and the OomPahPah thing provided no surprises whatsoever (apart from the dancing household objects) but you didn't know how they were going to choreograph this Paso and still keep the Les Mis theme. I was very pleased to see a man waving a flag in the background at the end.

I voted for it.

Don't get me wrong, she did a fair job with what she was given. But I wanted her to get music and staging that suited the dance much more, and that might have helped her with it too.

True. This year the music for Pasos has been less than stellar, except Anita's.

I actually liked Helens dance. I thought it was the most musical like, but not really a paso and she did get a bit lost in it!
