I wanted to "Reset Settings", and it re-started. It appears to be stuck at THIS screen and has been for around 30+ minutes (at time of this post).

I have treid Power and Home for 10 seconds but it comes back to the start of the screen and sits at that point again with no apparent movement of the little grey bar.

Idears?

You could try putting it recovery mode then connect by cable to a computer running iTunes.

Ended up doing that then having a complete reset. Apparently some devices are getting this bug in IOS9.1
