No, each loop the Doctor went through was a different clone that was eventually killed after a period of a few days to be replaced by the next one. By the time he emerges through to Gallifrey he's only a couple of days older than when he lost Clara.

So the original Doctor is dead then?

Its the dark secret of matter transport that's hardly ever mentioned. When you transport the original 'you' is destroyed and a new 'you' is created at the destination. Retrieving a copy from the transporter buffers is an old trick also used in Star Trek occasionally (and sometimes by accident).
Shame Seth Brundle never thought of it when he got bits of fly mashed into his DNA!

He only really physically aged a few days last week but lets remember also he spent a few hundred years in Episode 4 in that coffin so he is about 2200 years old now

His body was in suspended animation so never aged so I doubt he's adding those years onto his age.

Jack Harkness spent 2000 years in a coffin which some people do add on to his age but the difference with Jack was that he was awake during his experience (though he did of course die, possibly many times) while the Doctor would not have been aware of any passage of time.

If you start adding years spent in suspended animation onto the Doctor's age you could argue that travelling a 100 years into the future in the TARDIS makes him a 100 years older.

This is of course silly though I have seen some people claim it.

I don't think so, I see the events inside the Confession Dial as a sort of virtual reality, but I'm guessing the Doctor who comes out only remembers the last loop.
