The original clips were on the lost to time DVD then when they found more they were put on genesis of the daleks. No idea why the clips have been left off the power DVD as I think they are the most important feature after the animation. Maybe its just to deliberately annoy people. A telesnap recon is on the DVD OK for completests but I doubt I will be able watch that version as it will just be like underwater menace not loose cannon standard.

The DVD is released on the 21st of November this year followed by a special limited edition Blu ray + DVD steelbook version on February the 6th next year with the option to watch it in black and white or colour on the blu ray.
