yes she has gone out on medical grounds according to the radio bless her as im sure thats the only way she would go ,some of the remarks on here are rich they say about her being nasty but some of the remarks are just as nasty she is a elderly lady but a great character and a loss to the show

Lady C was the strongest person in there. It's nice to have supporters but she did say to Keiron that he didn't have to stay with her, if it was making things difficult for him.

Anyone who watched the show last night and then came on this thread to say 'thank god, we might see the others now' is being about as disingenuous as Vicky's vocabulary. We're seeing nothing but Vicky and Fearne and we haven't been for some time. In fact, last night Lady C's contribution (with Kieron) was about the only bit of light relief.
Of those left, I'd only like Kieron to win; but of course he won't.
It'll be a snore-fest Vicky, Fearne, George final 3.
I wish Lady C nothing but the best; she's a cantankerous, marvellous one-of-a-kind. She's given me more genuine laugh out loud moments than almost any other IAC campmate (notable exception - David Gest).

She isn't elderly - she's only 66!
Most people I know of that age are full of life and happily enjoying their retirement.
Character? She's a rude, ignorant snob and bully determined to get her own way/ the last word all the time. She hates Tony and Duncan because they refuse to kowtow to her or be afraid of her.
She's a fantasist too - we've heard her say she has always been titled when she only got her (courtesy) title as a result of her short lived marriage - and that's just for starters. I'd imagine a lot of her social circle are absolutely cringing at her behaviour during the show and she will find herself dropped like a hot potato as a result.

On Good Morning Britain Piers Morgan said Lady C's son has tweeted 'Yes, it's true. Yes, she has left, but she's fine.' I suspect neither Lady C nor TPTB liked the idea of the cyclone challenge.

Bitter? nope not at all. I'm the same age as she is and she was anything but decent in her actions. I would be embarrassed if I was her with how she behaved. I am well aware as you get older your patience wanes and tolerance tends to disappear. She let herself down and if that is Ladylike behaviour...then no thanks..I'll stay as I am.
Most probably Lady C was in too much pain with her back to continue.

It might have been for the health of the other campers
She has been reportedly seen walking round the hotel so it doesn't appear any illness is major even if sufficient for her leaving.
