I totally agree with you Patsy, I have been drunk many times in my life and have never been violent towards anyone but I have been on the receiving end a few times even though I had done nothing wrong.

She didn't get a custodial sentence, so yes that really does mean "minor". A "serious" assault would have landed her in clink. If it were a "major" attack then she may well still be in there now.

You would be unlikely to go to prison for such a minor assault even if you had previous. The judge saw it for what it was, someone who did something stupid when they had had too much to drink. For some reason you want it to ruin her life.

I think we all agree there is a victim here, one that could possibly be scarred for life and as a young model that could be life changing. But the assault was a minor one, the perpetrator has admitted full guilt and shown remorse and as far as we know has never done anything like it before or since. I think we should give her the benefit of the doubt at the very least.

I dont know that and maybe you dont either... if so she should make sure she never drinks again if it affects her in this way...I didnt know the girl till the Jungle started, so dont have anything against her .. but when I saw some things about her I wondered how the hell she was ever considered for the show..

I can only speak how I would feel if the shoe had hit one of my kids and I wouldn't call it minor. It could have hit them in the eye and blinded them. Vicky was very stupid and very lucky.

Yes, so perhaps she shouldn't get drunk? I suspect it is more difficult to cover up your violent tendencies when you are drunk.

As I said, I had never heard of Vicky before. Nor have I ever read anything about her either, she is a complete non-entity to me - as are the majority of the so-called celebs who appear in these sort of shows. I'm sure if you dig deep enough you can find "dirt" in the lives of most of 'em.
