Is there really an issue here BB was won by someone who assaulted someone some time ago and IAC may be won by someone who assaulted someone some time ago. That hardly suggests some significant correlation.

As for bringing Lady C into it Soon we will have the reality TV we deserve where only nuns from a Carmalite order are contestants

So it's a bit of a stretch for you to see that as being a sign that people in the UK are impressed with violence.

I see your name is patsylimerick so you know and I know that Limerick is well known as Stab City and has been known as Stab City for a long time. Didn't stop me moving there to live. And not only did I never get stabbed, I managed not to stab anyone else in all the time I lived there.

So it strikes me as not remotely sensible to denigrate all the people in a nation or even all the people within a city because of something that you have heard and don't like the sound of.”

What in the holy bejesus has that got to do with the subject of the thread?

I'm simply part horrified/part fascinated by the ability of a viewing pubic who can get into a froth of indignation over a few verbal spats but really, really don't want to hear about the criminal convictions of those whose pockets they may be lining.

I'm not from Limerick by the way - Cork. I just have a soft spot for Limerick.

It could have missed altogether and caused no injury at all. Seems she was unlucky.

Yes. Well it's logical that if she was lucky it didn't cause major injury then surely she was unlucky that it didn't miss?
