Not sure.

It's definitely available to all Sky TV subscribers but not sure about NOW TV.

I guess the question is are all Sky TV "basic" channels in the NOW entertainment pack? If so, then presumably Sky Sports Mix will be. If not, maybe not.

Specifically - is Sky Sports News in the NOW entertainment pack? I think the position re Sky Sports Mix would be likely to be the same as Sky Sports News.

Those are bold claims to make without qualification.

It is but only via an app on the NOW TV box. It doesn't work on any other device.

A spurious argument really as the discussion is about one day cricket which Yorkshire have an absolutely woeful record in.

No the discussion is about how many times Yorkshire have been on TV, not just one day, it just happened that it was a OD match they were in

Yorkshire are the most successful county team in the country and the largest county in size. Those aren't opinions, those are facts.

They are the most successful county championship team. They are way off being the most successful one day/ 20-20 team.

Yorkshire have won more County Championships than anyone, but Surrey have won more one-day titles than Yorkshire.

North Yorkshire is the biggest ceremonial county by area in the UK.

However, some may regard population as a truer indication of a county's "size", and if that is the case, Yorkshire would be behind Greater London.

Away from the pedantry, though, how were we to know that your claims were true and not just pro-Yorkshire tub thumping without any substantiation?

I am sorry Jason but i really do not understand that comment at all. I think you are picking an argument here.

My comments were that Yorkshire are the most successful county side ever. That is true, they have won more tournaments than any other county, One day cricket never came into it at all if you see my original post which was replying to a comment about Yorkshire having being on telly too often this season.

I also said Yorkshire was the biggest county. That is true again, you even say so, so why the questioning my claims ?

You are arguing against facts.

If you were in a pub quiz and the questions were - Which cricket county has won more championships/tournaments etc than any other ? Answer is Yorkshire
Which county is the biggest in the UK ? Yorkshire

What is your issue ?

My issue is that your initial claims were too ambiguous and weren't accompanied by any proof.

Look, I read your statement of:

Quote:
“Biggest county, biggest and most successful team in history of the game.”

and I thought to myself "hang on, are these claims actually true or are they just empty pro-Yorkshire boasts?"

I looked on Wikipedia and found that Yorkshire is indeed the biggest county by size and that Yorkshire has won more County Championships than any other county, but your claims weren't as specific as that - and weren't qualified anyhow, so how was I to know whether you were telling the truth or not?

I wouldn't post unsubstantiated claims. I assumed ( yes never assume ) that everyone knew those facts, we are taught it at school in Yorkshire

I've noticed the last couple of days, the floodlighting looks particularly good. Is this because the grounds have good lights (Bristol & Northampton), it's getting dark earlier, Sky have better equipment & crew or my eyes are deceiving me? I'm comparing with grounds like Derby and Chelmsford where the lights look quite patchy and dark around the outfield.

The lights at Bristol and Northampton are newer I think, better technology
