The ICC fined Bangladesh's Mashrafe Mortaza and Sabbir Rahman 20% of their match fee for their roles.

Captain Mortaza and batsman Sabbir were guilty of "using language, actions or gestures which disparage or which could provoke an aggressive reaction from a batsman upon his/her dismissal during an international match".

England captain Jos Buttler has been reprimanded and two Bangladesh players fined after the second one-day international between the two sides.

Buttler was involved in an angry exchange with home players when he was dismissed following a review in Dhaka.

He was found guilty of "using language or a gesture that is obscene, offensive or insulting" as England were beaten.

The revised ICC code of conduct came into force on 22 September, and one demerit point each has been added to the disciplinary records of the three players.

It is the first such point against Buttler and Mortaza but takes Sabbir's tally to three after he was penalised against Afghanistan in September.

If players reach four demerit points, they risk being banned from "one Test or two ODIs or two Twenty20s, whatever comes first for the player".

Getting back on topic guys, I think Rob Key has had a superb season and is clearly next man up in terms of joining the A team on Sky. He has a nice relaxed style, can do interviews and isn't bland and boring.

Have we seen any news of Mikey Holding's future? I know it was widely reported his Sky deal was up this year and he's been quoted as saying he won't be commentating for too much longer. Is that it? (and if so I'd be sad Sky didn't make a fuss of it) or is there still hope?

Rob Key has done brilliantly, the quicker they can get him into the A Team the better.

If Michael Holding, doesnt come back next summer no great loss really, Him, Sir Ian, and David Gower never seem that interested in the cricket they are commenting on anyway

I know this isnt under Sky's Control, but I really dont like the Score Bar, which the hosting company are using.

Especially the pink writing over the red

I would sky gave persuaded him to do one more Summer, the west indies are here and the way they are going it might be the last time for a while. Would be a fitting finale.

I guess we'll get an indication as to this if he turns up in south Africa this winter.

Might be wrong but think Holding only doing the big matches in SA.
Highly doubt he is covering SA vs Sri lanka.

But you told us he was retiring after the Oval test?

I always find Dominic Cork a bit too aggressive with his commentary he's not really one to join in with the banter which is probably why SKY very rarely use him

Dominic Cork has taken up more of a role with Sky hasn't he, he even appeared on Skys Transfer Deadline Day.

One good thing about Dominic is he tends to piss Nick Knight off.

Poor old Verity. Corky probably nicks his dinner money 'round the back of the set.

Not many casual viewers would know any Presenters Middle names.

It is a laugh when one we do know is Nick Knights middle name

Well we won't know till May if he has retired.
But reckon Holding made his mind up anyway.

if he did call it a day, disappointed Sky didn't give him a farewell.

Ah yes, good old Hedley. Took two ten-fors in his career, including a mind-boggling 10 for 10, and died a hero during the war.

Back on topic, another vote here for Rob Key to join the 'A team'. Botham puts in the absolute bare minimum of effort these days but appears to be untouchable, and Gower - as others have said - also appears generally disinterested.

Both dinosaurs still living off past glories. I miss the old Channel 4 coverage, to be honest. It was fresh and innovative. Sky's very much an old boys' club.

I'm sorry I'm not having that, you said categorically he was retiring and wouldn't listen to any reasoning that he may continue.

I think SKY could use a refresh of the commentary team keep Nasser, Athers and Bumble there good too listen too (Shane Warne and his rare appearances too)
Bring in Rob Key, Marcus Trescothick, Ian Ward and James Taylor
Obviously with Sir Nick Knight keeping his ODI Specialist position

Botham is there until he decides not to be, or does an Andy Gray.
