It's almost as if he had already decided what he was going to do before entering the boardroom. Anything said once in there was irrelevant. Others were and have been criticised, Scott was being singled out.

Selina's gone, she''s very like Scott in that she''s been phoning it in for weeks (I really like her though, admittedly based on the first few tasks but I think she has a sensible head on her ice queen shoulders)

I usually don't mind Karen even when other people are complaining about her, but she was horrible here.
