Lmao what a liar Alan is. Didn't either Alan or his yes man/woman say that he was slipping badly throughout the weeks and he was a goner or some shit like that?

But she probably thought it might need to be dumbed down for some viewers and she might not be far wrong. |

I'm glad Scott got a whole You're Fired to himself and he didn't have to share it with Selina, who deserved no more airtime.

Goodness that episode got rather nasty very quickly. Charlene and Selina were not far ripping each other's heads off quite literally. Both come across as very unpleasant and unprofessional - Selena especially. Both behaving like absolute harridans in the cage.
I wasn't much of a fan of Joseph either. Karren is also rather dislikable this series - she always feels a need to stick the knife into candidates when they do badly. There's a way to say a candidate is doing badly without sneering at them. The way she, Claude and SirAllun seemed to immediately go after Scott had quit "He was out of his depth for weeks" was rather unpleasant especially given he'd quit in a quite dignified way and untrue to boot. She does seem to have a nasty streak this series - she sometimes give praise but really lays into people when they make errors and get stuff wrong. The way she treated David at times in recent weeks was over-the-mark too. Thought Scott was utterly useless in that task though but came across with dignity in quitting and very well on You're Fired. Vana or Richard must surely be the favourites to win now. |

Vana or Richard must surely be the favourites to win now. I'm sort of torn on Scott, from the bits we did see he was absolutely cringeworthy but then we found out in the boardroom that between him and Brett they earned a 12k commission so they did manage to sell a few properties. Perhaps a few of his sales attempts were bad but as the day went on he improved, we just don't know. I do think he sulked quite a bit because Richard didn't take him to do the high end properties and he does seem to be the kind of guy that can't handle being snubbed. Back in the pop up shop task on the first day when he couldn't sell anything he got quite angry and bitchy towards people who didn't want to stop and look at the products. It could have been the case I guess that LAS and Karen were laying into him in order to get a positive response and a possible fight back from him. |
