Will Much Loved The Amazing * Mr Anton D. B. * Go All The Way With Miss Katie Derham Or Will She Talk Anton Into Withdrawing Like What John Sergeant Did In His Year On Strictly Come Dancing ?

For a mum of more than one Katie is amazingly hot, but the closer she gets to the final the more the nerves will build up and the yerning to see her kids. I have heard it suggested that Katie might pull out of Strictly Come Dancing like John Sergeant did when the going got to hot to handle.

Personally I can't see this happening, I'm sure that Anton would be able to talk her round and reassure her as the Strictly final looms.

I'm looking forward to seeing Anton and Katie in the Final, Anton has a real spring in his step this year on Strictly.

If you remember John Sergeant withdrew from Strictly Come Dancing when the pressure of getting close to the Strictly Come Dancing Final became to much for him to bare, the same could happen to Katie for the reasons that I suggested.

Other contestants have children. Being on Strictly doesn't mean you don't see them.

It's a ridiculous notion to reckon she's under unbearable pressure and no one else is.

I take it that you are not a mother of more than one, the responsibilities of motherhood might not be something that you are familiar with, performing intricate dances on a live show like Strictly Come Dancing can create immense pressure for contestants.

As I said, other contestants have or have had children. I doubt you're too familiar with the demands of motherhood yourself.

I heard someone else suggest that Katie was under immense pressure the nearer she got to the final on Strictly Come Dancing.

My own personal view is that Anton would reassure her and help her though a situation like this.

It happened to John Sergeant in his year on Strictly Come dancing if you remember when he withdrew from the show unexpectedly, so its not unheard of for something like this to happen.

I take it that you ARE a mother of more than one and are familiar with the responsibilities of motherhood and the immense pressure that performing on strictly causes.

I'm sure both Katie, her husband and children are delighted that she's got this far and are doing all they can to encourage her to go further by taking over the household responsibilities and make it as easy as they can for her to go as far as she can in the competition..

IIRC John Sargeant's withdrawal was heavily influenced by the fact that he was the "comedy" celeb that year and there was pressure in both media and among the public that he did not deserve to still be in the show. In his "resignation speech" I'm sure he made mention of being aware that his remaining would deprive a more capable dancer of the chance to progress.

I know that Katie isn't everyones cup of tea, but there is little doubt that she is not in John Sargeant's league in terms of being a joke contestant, as she is a more than capable dancer and has a good chance of getting to the final. I can't imagine her as a quitter so would be amazed if she backed out at this stage.

Cant see her winning. as i said in another thread i think she may be 1st out in the final or if they are unlucky enough to have Samba next week they are going to be out next week. Cant see them leaving just yet though. Think Anton fans may save him 1 more week to see him equal his record with the number of weeks he has been in Strictly as he made it to week 12 with Laila and has only been in the semis once. think they will get to week 12 semi finals or 1st out week 13 Grand final. The Anton story will finish in my opinion with Anton attempting the showdance& having done all the dances. If he was leaving this year the producers may try and get the story to end with him winning the trophy but since he hopes to be back next year cant see that happening ( hope he gets another good run next year as hes due a couple in a row given the duffers he had in a row of Jerry Ann Nancy And Judy with Only Fiona in the middle who was Average. Not as good as katie but better than Nancy Jerry and Ann). I will be playing my part as someone who enjoys watching Anton and wanting to see him last as long as possible i will be voting loads of times this week and next week if i can to get to the final and to win i would vote loads in the final to see if he would win. His face for getting to the finals, getting a 10 and winning would be pricless. think we will see him get a 10& that face this week and we may even see the shock face of him getting to the final& this could be the 1st series he goes all the way and doesnt even land in the dance off. he hasnt landed there yet and dont think he will be there this week. Just has to get through next week without landing in it and he will have broken that record too (can see it been broken if he doesnt have Samba and has Waltz& Charleston next week dont think he will be in the Dance off if thats the case in the Semis)

Anton did brill on results show and now i know their 2 dances yes they will be in the final for sure and Kellie or Antia will be gone next week, the other of those 2 will be 1st out in final then Kanton& Georgia = runners up and Jay winning is my guess
