Selina and only Selina.
The others deserved sympathy for putting up with her for this task, and beyond. I was actually impressed with Charleine. She may have lost her cool in the cafe but it was pretty clear that Selina was doomed and had nothing really going for her in this task. So it would have been easy for Charleine to find the opportunity in the boardroom to go in for the kill and put the boot in, perhaps making herself look bad in the process. I'm sure she would have liked to do that. However she seemed to know that letting Selina sink herself was the best option and she at least tried to keep her dignity infront of Lord Sugar. Now, without Selina around, perhaps she can concentrate on stopping Vana from stealing away her true love Richard. |

It had to be between Selina and Joseph, but not selling in a selling task? Bye Selina.
![]() The whole team may have been screwed from the outset though, none of them strike me as having the tact / charm needed to sell the high end properties. Charleine did the best of them but compared to the other team... and asking to move to the high end day two made no logical sense (at that stage you had to stay with the team you were in day one even if the ship was sinking). |

Selina - not only for not selling but that her not selling was all someone else's fault!

Selina
Can't argue with any of the firings so far this series, no controversial firings like Felipe on the last series. |

Selina, she set herself up as a "sales person" but failed, and then belittled everyone else's sales, to the point of calling Chareleine and Joe's as easy, and that anyone could sell a £350,000 house.

Selina.
Completely outstayed her welcome. She just constantly seemed disinterested in everything. |

Selina was always putting the blame on other people. Joseph may be unpolished but he has always come across as someone who tries hard. The only thing Selina worked hard at was slagging off everyone else.

Selina's time was 100% up. The sad thing is, she did throughout the process have *some* good business moments, but her irritating personality and disinterested demeanour made it impossible to take her seriously. Added with her constant attempts to criticise every element of the show whilst it's been on the air, she turned into a total joke.
Charleine, however, is on borrowed time. She screeches and has constant hysteria bubbling beneath the surface. Sugar is never going to work with someone like that. |

It was remarkable how Selina suggested that it was Charliene that had given this impression of her being negative and sulking when she didn't get her way; Claude, Karen, Ruth, Vana, Sam etc all brought that up on different tasks. I think it appeared that she was used to managing and couldn't work in a team under someone else as in week one and eight, these traits weren't noticeable whereas as they were in most other tasks especially 3 and 7.
