Scott! The only other time i think that's happened was with Katie Hopkins and she was in the losing team i think.

Basically, he has been very good in the first half of the series. However in the second half he has shown his true colours after he kicked off and got the hump the week Sam left. I saw an aggressive nature i didn't like. I had been predicting him to win.

However, he was beyond AWFUL this week in the task. I've never seen quite a performance like that all. He looked pissed off from the start of the episode and again people are like Selena after realising they aren't going to win are trying to establish name's for themselves in the media world. Being the only contestant to have quit in this way invites more interview's and slots on other reality tv shows he would get than if he was just fired next week etc. He realised that judging by what Alan(yes i did that) said he wasn't going to go anywhere near winning.

They were right to pick up on it, and he is too proud that he can't take the same level of criticism all contestants get. It wasn't anywhere near a personal attack, he can't be that delusional could he not see that he was messing up so badly? The other team members seemed shocked beyond belief.

I thought he spoke up for himself very well however when Alan was bringing it up in the boardroom but then his anger kicked in as always.

Let's be far he's a fine one to be talking about "personal attack" after what he did to Sam and Brett. And really, has he been that good, even in the first half of the series.

One of his main issues is anger and finding it hard to accept criticism. Criticism should be what drives you on and helps you improve, if he really wants to be successful he needs to be able to adapt and listen to other people when they perhaps have advice on how to do something better.
There's constructive criticism, and then there's criticism which is a way of attack. I'm not saying I condone his behaviour (especially the way he blanked the rest of the team), but if he's being singled out for pointless criticism then he may as well jump rather than waste time.

I had a teacher in school that had it in for me, not to mention he was the teacher for one of my options so I couldn't avoid him, and all he did was criticise me. When you've got someone constantly coming down on you without any real reason, or picking faults with every tiny thing they can find it will wear you down. People handle that in different ways.

Some will stress over it and worry themselves sick, eventually either quitting in floods of tears or burning themselves out and having to quit because their health can't take it. Others will let it all simmer and build up until they blow the way Scott did.

In some ways I reckon the way he quit was a good way to go, because he's not waited for the humiliation of being slagged off and fired either next week or at the interview stage.

He seems to have forgotton that these people are giving up their time for free.
Nope, their mortgages are covered and I think they get a small allowance

He realised he was on borrowed time and had no chance of winning, add on top of that possible homesickness and just total burn out from the process and I can understand his reasons for quitting.

She left after the interview, as she was about to be offered a place in the final.
