The two woosies either must have been really scared from Lady C or were always top dogs in there who wanted to sit back and order others around.... their both sleekit conniving fools, who now have stepped it up to get at George about the camp not being run properly, knowing he gets upset easily and that his deputy had been Lady C... why didnt they noticed the state of the camp before or do something about it.... I heard lady C saying many days ago and asking whos clothes were whos that were just lying around..... Then Ferne got it for not washing the dishes properly by grumpy Duncan... when I watched how thoroughly she was washing them at the creek while she was laughing and joking with Lady C.... Both are mean spirited sexist pigs.. who now want to run the camp... the first move theyve been to acting their ages... Get both out, their a waste of space even jungle space..

I don't think any of us can contemplate how tough it must have been for those who she didn't like, stuck with Lady Cruella. Having some nasty old hag constantly pick on you, because you had the guts to stand up to her. It's obvious why she likes the younger contestants, because none of them had the guts to tell the old bat to shut her face.

Aw look, Tony and Duncan are dinosaurs. They like their women compliant and to know their place. Lady C must've come as a shock, pricking their self-inflated egos and they weren't going to stand for that, no sir. Priorities must be maintained dontcha know. Women belong in the kitchen!!

Funny how those with an agenda see things very differently from what is actually going on and Lady C claiming to be a victim of bullying has to be the most ridiculous thing anyone one can claim, next the OP will claim to have fairies at the bottom of their garden.

I think they were very wary of her.
She's a loose cannon and seemingly doesn't stop herlsef from saying hurtful or humiliating things whe she's riled.
Tony and Duncan are both a bit pompous and have some things they don't want mentioning, Tony's lack of talent and puffy unatractiveness and Duncan's unrealistic image of himself as a playboy and a master of industry.
So you can see why they would be relieved once she had gone and wasn't around to call them names.
It's quite reasonable that they don't want her puncturing their egos with embarrassing remarks, none of us enjoy that.

I don't think they were scared of her at all - both of them stood up to her and Tony in particular kept his cool remarkable well when she was ranting at him.

Both of them are self made men - Duncan in the business world where no one can doubt his success, and Tony in the music industry which is one of the toughest in the world.

Who is Lady C?

A jumped up snob who is a much of an oik as she claims the viewers who vote for her are. She is a nobody who leapt at the chance to marry a Lord 40 years ago, and divorced him almost straight away. She keeps his title because she feels that it some way puts her above other ordinary people ("I am a Lady with a capital L!), but interestingly has given her sons her maiden name.

I challenge anyone who had to put up with her endless foul mouthed rants and name calling, not to mention the whispering campaign she was conducting against them to simply stand there and take it.

She loved the youngsters because they were sitting there lapping up all her bullshine, while Tony and Duncan could see through her

To me both of them wanted to be the camp boss or bosses and it wasnt ever going to be possible with her in camp.. not in a million years, she was way ahead of them ... they really are prats.. and the young ones in there liked her for what she was....

For those who think Lady C was great for the show; don't forget to thank Tony and Duncan as well. Without them she would just be another eccentric campmate. She needed them as much as they needed her to get those arguments going.

Ha, Tony did come across as someone who thinks laundry and washing up happen by magic wand.

The trouble with Duncan and Tony is that in their heads they think they are natural born leaders - in reality their leadership skills fail on many levels, not just with the women, George and Kieron also seem to bristle at co-operating with them.

Spot on. If anyone was scared of this silly old snob it was the younger ones.

Kieron and Chris weren't scared of her. They understood her a bit better than the two old fossils who are straight of a Harry Enfield sketch - WOMEN! KNOW YOUR LIMITS!

Yet again Carol you are spot on.

Has Lady C been Sainted yet as if you believe some posters in here she was held against her will and terrorised by a businessman and a singer while the rest watched on helpless.
She has probably one of the most vile mouthed, self opinionated, hypocritical celebs to ever grace

They fawned over Colin, because they thought it would increase the chances of them winning.

Or the one time she truly lost it with Colin was at the point they were all sat together. Just for balance.

Chris and Kieran have very healthy egos, ones that come from knowing who they are, their strengths and weaknesses, and being very comfortable in their own skins. They have nothing to prove to anyone but themselves and don't need others to validate them, hence their ability to cope maturely and graciously with whatever's thrown at them. (Also including George here who seems to have the same quiet confidence in who he is.)

Tony and Duncan, on the other hand, have fragile unhealthy egos. They're all big man bluster on the surface but are riddled with insecurities underneath, hence their pettiness and anger when confronted with people who just won't bend to their will.

So the two people who were scared of her stood up to her, while all the ones that didnt stand up to her werent scared and found her the funniest most articulate and witty camper in there?

OK I cannot see how that works at all.
