I have to agree about the elderly comment. I'm near enough the same age and I do not take kindly to being referred to as "elderly" I know I'm no longer a spring chicken but I don't have one foot in the grave either so posters should think twice before making judgements. "60 is the new 50"

I think she may have gone in and thought she'd be voted out quickly so she'd make a quick few bob but then started enjoying herself. She smiled a lot more in the beginning and seemed quite game for a lot of stuff. Once she realised there was no way she was going to get on with Tony and Duncan I think she found it a lot harder and wanted out.

We don't know much about her fall. She may have played on that to get out or it may have been genuinely a bad fall but at that point the producers wanted her to stay so they persuaded her and gave her the special chair.

I think once it became a case of the three of them not being able to stand the atmosphere they gave her a get out clause on medical grounds. All three of them could have been in there individually saying they couldn't take any more and so they had to decide who to let go rather than have all three walking. She did say on camera a few times that Duncan and Tony were trying to isolate her and that can be seen as that horrible word 'bullying'. Probably thought it best to let her go, keep her fee and keep things as sweet as was anyway possible in the circumstances.

Or she may have thought she had no chance of winning but may have been kept in for entertainment value and that it's best to be out selling exclusives while there's still a few in there so she used the medical grounds to get out. She's not daft.

We'll never know now.

I've long thought she was there for the money alone
The others all want to raise their profile and be liked to get other work ( as they do every year and I'm not criticising that) but she clearly doesn't as she doesn't really have a profile
She wants the cash for a purpose, she needs to get the most cash for the least effort.
Simple really.
