I don't think anyone's denying that she mentioned his kids at all. They're just wondering whether what she said was as shocking as is being implied. Without knowing what she said it's perfectly valid to give her the benefit of the doubt.
There are only two reasons for Yvette and Duncan (two of Lady C's adversaries) not to relish telling us what was said - 1) They are milking something innocuous eg. "Your kids would be ashamed of you", or 2) It was
so bad that there could be legal repercussions but in that case Lady C would've been ejected from the show or Tony would've walked.
