The ones that are still on the air will be closing by the end of the year or in the case of some low power AFN ones by October next year.

This is all the AM broadcasters in Germany so the shortwave sites are listed. Europe Number One 183 is not on the air. The reason it's not listed as closed is that there were some DRM tests fof Radio Andernach, the German armed forces station.but if that goes on the air it will be a private service for the armed forces only. They'll get sets that can access it.
Austria and Switzerland have had no AM broadcasts for some years and Luxembourg will soon join them so end of German on mediumwave.
