Sure a dance isn't just technique but Katie is seriously behind in technique enough (unless she's shielded by Anton's lead) to look like she's starting to be out of place. Thank goodness she didn't have a Latin this week and can hide behind the Charleston next week (or not as the case may be).

As for Anita - her AT may have been rapturously received but as a dance it was seriously lacking. No, a dance isn't just technique and actually, Anita's performance was decent, but the whole thing lacked... well just lacked. Gleb - you have not done Anita brilliantly this series. Badly done Gleb (pretty though you are), badly done.

The other couples eclipsed them tonight and they deserved their place at the bottom of the leader board. maybe the voting can save then BUT the others were all better!

They need to get rid of two next week and allow the final to be just three celebs again like in the past. Im not a fan of the finals with four people in we dont get a proper final then like how we got when Kara won against Matt Baker. They danced four dances in their final the past couple of years we've only got three dances i prefer a three person final and four dances. Kara danced her Rumba again then the show dance then Pamela was eliminated then Kara danced a new dance which was the waltz then she danced her favourite dance of the series which was the american smooth.
That year they got rid of scott and Gavin in the semi finals. The year after they knocked out Holly and Alex in the semi finals before the final. Its time we get Strictly back to how it used to be with just the three people in the final have a third place, a runner up and a winner.

I want Jay to win this year and hope Aliona choreographs a fantastic show dance if they hopefully get to the final. Praying they get rid of two next week id choose to eliminate Kellie and Anita possibly Georgia & Kellie or Kellie and Katie.

Craig was the only judge to mark her realistically. That dance was shockingly badly choreographed and performed. She may not have danced before SCD but she should have learnt to point her toes by now.

A Jay, Katie, Anita final 3 looks not just possible, but likely now.

It'll be a Kellie vs. Georgia DO next week, with the survivor going out in 4th in the final (barring shock successes/failures).

I haven't seen the dances yet (or the leaderboard) but that's a surprise, I know Jay and Katie will be safe until the final but was unsure about Kellie's popularity and Anita's ability. I think with so many women left the voting will be more random. Male dancers tend to get more of a vote or die fanbase. Didn't like Helen but poor Aljaz.

But I thought it would be with either Anita or Kellie, based on either the dancing or the popularity respectively. Sorry to see Helen go, I loved her dance last week. But the paso did not suit her style of dance.

At the moment, IMHO, it is not the celeb, but the pro that is causing the 'bad' dances. If you do not teach technique, but teach a dance (Janette and Gleb being two examples), the celeb cannot get any better in their journey (sorry, the 'j' word!).

Not really shocked about Georgia in the bottom two (like her partnership very much) but her time in SCD reminds me of Frankies.

More shocked Kellie wasn't there, not because I dislike her I just thought that VW was awful obviously the voters disagree .

Aw this was my worst case scenario (because we all know jay would never be there) but so glad they saved Georgia!

I for one will be voting a lot more for her next week and hopefully they won't end up in the dance off again!

Just because she was in the dance off doesn't mean she won't make the top 3 still! Simon did and he was in the bottom two many times! So I'm still remains gr positive! 😁

Oh thank you! thank you! I feel like I want to reach out and hug you! I've now seen the other posts so don't feel so alone. I suppose its all beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that. I actually voted for Katie and Anton last night and I don't ever vote but I feel she is putting in some lovely performances and developing well an she is so classy.

Surprised and a bit disappointed that Helen has gone. Hopefully Georgia will benefit from the bottom two bounce, I really think the final would be worse off without her.

Thanks for the spoiler. That bottom two doesn't really surprise me. Helen was next to bottom on the leader board and Georgia was second and danced a forgettable dance first.
Helen was thrown under the bus this week as the paso was never going to be a good dance for her and I don't think she was popular enough with the public to overturn that. The judges score meant that realistically the only way she could win a dance off would have been against Anita and that was never going to happen given the outrage at Craig's score for her.

I'd have liked Helen to stay another week rather than Kellie but she was never going to win it. I love Alijãz though and will miss his gorgeous smile.

I'd like Georgia or Anjta or Katie to win now.

Having 4 in the final gives the public the entire choice over the last few.

Personally, think the dance-off should go in the semi-final.

I love to see Jay dance and think he is a nice lad. Really hope he gets to the last 3 so we can see all his dances - would be very surprised if he didn't

But I do think the public should have the final say, even if it turns out in a way I don't like.
