Hi all,

Not been in this forum for a while, I'm in need of the e-mail address for the UK CEO Vodafone.

I'm under no illusion that any e-mail/s I send will not be read by the CEO, but I'm sure that someone within the CEO's office will pick it up.

Thanks in advance.

Come on mate,

Its the first google link

Also they recently moved the Exec Office complaints team offshore, and the mileage you get with them is horrendously bad.

Just pre-warning you of that.

I've emailed the ceo recently and I received several calls from a foreign customer relations team who were next to hopeless. One person who called was damm right rude

It took more emails each day to the ceo before I then received a call from a uk based person. First one to be fair was hopeless but I called back the next day and spoke to a bloke who sorted things within 5 mins

I few weeks back I decided to switch from Three to a Vodafone SIM only contract, the whole process was doomed, firstly the account wouldn't work, then the number wouldn't port, they tried twice, I couldn't even call them on 191 as it kept sending me to my own voicemail (I kid you not). So after multiple online chats I gave up and cancelled within 14 days per their T&Cs. Anyway I emailed the CEO of Vodafone with details of their epic fail and a few days later got a text message from their complaints department asking me to call them on a 0345 number to discuss. Needless to say I didn't bother because I couldn't think of one thing they could offer me that I would accept that was worthy of even more hassle..

There's a UK customer relations number. You'll have to find it yourself. Do not post it.

Agreed. Pretty certain numbers are fine.
It's email addresses that shouldn't be posted.

If the number gets posted Vodafone will disable it.
