Cambridge Audio - Well impressed
Thought I would share this impressive bit of customer service from Cambridge Audio.
Contacted them earlier today enquiring about a replacement remote for my 4 year old AV receiver - within 30 minutes they responded and are sending one out free of charge! |

A few years ago I has cambridge audio speakers on my PC at home, the volume control started to play up and when I contacted them they sent out a whole new set of speakers - wish I could afford them now

Top company, CA. I had cause to flag up a flaw in the logic in the Stream Magic app. Within a day of raising it it had been accepted and elevated to a formal change request. That's good service.
