I dont know what a posh Jamaican sounds like. at first I thought she was Russian...but very true what was said there about if it was an Indian or Pakistani accent....
Well no but that's because Asian people are at far more of a risk of receiving abuse/be targetted over their race/nationality. Posh people like Lady C are anything but oppressed. Poking fun is never going to do much harm in the grand scheme of things. Racism does.

Whilst you didn't expressly mention racism it was inferred by your original question, if you weren't trying to bring race into why pick an accent from a group of people more likely to be subject to bigoted views why not use Welsh or Scottish they have distinctive accents
