He's shown a montage of Lady C giving it large and slating him ... and he laughs it off

Looks like he wasn't quite as offended as others pretended to be on his behalf

Or he is more of a gentleman than some people here give him credit for.

Correct. Im not sure what the op is expecting. They've all been very polite in their interviews when asked about lady c. Duncan and tony especially, when theyve been asked have kept it short and civil.

I expect he will deal with it himself away from the glare of the cameras, he will be aware that what was said was not shown in it's entirety and wasn't for public consumption, fair play to him for not saying anything proved himself to be a real gent yet again.

I was expecting some acknowledgment that the woman from 'Most Haunted' ( I can't even remember her name at the moment ) had gone way over the top in her allusion to Lady C having been despicable to Tony ( regarding his children )

There was absolutely no indication of that from Tony himself ... he laughed when the montage of his and Lady C's confrontations were shown

Fair play to him

My point was that 'others' ... particularly the psychic blagger ... were pretending offence on Tony's behalf, which he clearly did not feel himself

Yes I think It will all be with the ITV lawyers tbh so the fact that A & D (who do work to a prepared script) didn't ask the question, says more about the incident then Tony not mentioning it.

If you go through life reflecting on every idiot who said something bad about you, you turn into someone like Lady C. If you accept that some people are bitter, twisted and vile and realise it's their problem and doesn't have an effect on your life, the happier you will be.

Dont allow negative people to influence your life

Oh give him a break - he's out now!

We know perfectly well that the actual "eviction" is filmed during the last ad break to give Ant and Dec time to get back up to the "studio" and the celeb a few moments to say goodbye and get up to the bridge. They have moments to tell the evictee what not to say if they do at all. Their interview with Ant and Dec is short, and while the questions are scripted, the answers cannot possibly be. A&D won't follow up if anything controversial is said, and last night, I wondered if they were going to ask him about Lady C at all as they left it so late.

No fewer than three of the others have alluded to Lady C saying something horrible - not just Yvette so I am inclined to think that something WAS said,. If Tony has asked for whatever it was not to be shown, he could have been warned via the Bush Telegraph that the incident shouldn't be mentioned. The producers must be aware that there is a lot of speculation about it out here so they wouldn't want to kibosh any legal action that may be pending.

I'm sure some people go under the illusion that if it's not shown in the highlights programme it didn't happen.

Well that makes a bit more sense than those who presume something that wasn't shown did happen !

Well that's a bit like the age old question if a tree falls down in a forest and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound?

Lady C supporters are just a keen to keep the Lady C stuff going as much if not more as they want to keep her 'enemies' stuff going.

If Lady C did say something unacceptable about Tony's children, I think it's not unlikely that he had been assured that it wouldn't be/hadn't been broadcast. Failing that, he's saving it for the lawcourts.

Which depending on what was said he has every right to do, he will no doubt want to discuss it with his wife before deciding also and was certainly right in not bringing it up on TV.

Ive had my poke at Tony too with some stuff.... but he looks a genuinly happily married man with an ordinary pretty wife.... not like when I cringed at Bannatyne going on about his latest squeeze and seeing her.. I think him and Tony might be miles apart in the real world..

Or a coward.

I personally would go for coward.....a coward who went silent when confronted with the real world again.

even Duncan said Tony couldn't let it go in camp and kept on at Lady C.

When removed from the camp and interviewed by Ant and Dec, and with the spell broken....he went all silent, like none of it happened.

He and Duncan definitely had a 'Lord Of The Flies' moment in there.

Both Duncan and Tony lost it in the camp with Lady C. They were intolerant of her. They couldn't remove themselves or her from the camp, so they tried to get rid of her by ostracising her from the rest of the camp. Which failed miserably...so they kept on at her. Dig, dig, dig...poke, poke, poke....day after day after day....

They both showed the dark side of human behaviour.

But once they are out, the spell is broken and they revert back to normal as if it didn't happen.

Both Tony and Duncan are weak individuals in many ways....and I wouldn't want them either side of me in the trenches....
