TBH, it doesn't help that several factors have come into effect with this eviction, some apparently intentional & others just due to it happening on Friday night.
Ant & Dec appeared to be avoiding bringing up the relationship/.conflict with Lady C until, literally, the last minute of the immediate post exit interview, and seemed to cut off the interview very rapidly after that point. I know they are contained by live(ish) TV but it had all the appearance of having been planned that they would spend virtually the whole interview discussing mundane topics.
I did tune into IACGMOOHN, for the only time this season; God!, it gets worse every year, as they do continue a bit of an interview after the evictee crosses the bridge. Unfortunately, I forgot they leave it to the walking embarrassment that is Joe Swash - needless to say Paxman doesn't have to worry about being Meade redundant any day soon. Again, any conflict was skirted round, so no enlightenment there.
Duncan refused to be drawn by Laura Whitmore, as he had when appearing on GMB, earlier yesterday, simply stating words to the effect that he wants nothing more to do with Lady C &, for some inexplicable reason, deciding that Ferne should now win, when he'd stated Vicky was his choice, during his exit interview (though he did say he'd be happy to employ Vicky anytime).
Even the questions from the public avoided any mention of Lady C, when Duncan was answering them; probably an editorial decision, so again, no further information.
As it's Saturday, there isn't the usual round of daytime TV interviews; so no Tony on GMB & the Loose Women can't get involved (although Martin Kemp did step up to the plate on the latter, yesterday, & defend Tony).
One thing I'm pretty certain of is that, whatever else is said, when he's on the after-show tonight, we won't get a verbatim account of it being broadcast on nationwide TV. If it was cut from the original show, chances are that the same considerations will influence ITV now as did then.Tony's wife, Alison, will have toldl him what has been seen, & the details of the press coverage; but it is also known that she barred their children from watching the show, as she didn't want them to witness the tirades Lady C directed at their father. S, whilst there's a slim chance that he may just say a bit more, during his interview tonight, there's always the possibility that this could be inhibited by the threats of legal action against Duncan, Tony & ITV).
So, whilst the evidence of 3 campmates on leaving, plus Kieran's tearful statement to the bush telegraph, would suggest that something was said that was deemed to be very much out of order, it would appear that we're still not likely to have any intimation as to what exactly it was, at present.
