Its almost impossible to disagree with anything you say Miranda, Strictly Come Dancing being a forgone conclusion this year is rather spoiling things for most viewers at home, the rose tinted fans would probably not agree with you but that is the way it is unfortunately.

I don't think it is a foregone conclusion at all. Any of the survivors could win it. We had a shock elimination last week and there could be another this weekend. Come to think of it, we didn't just have a shock elimination, but we had a shock dance off with the couple who came second on the Leaderboard not pulling in the required votes. I do think that Anita was harshly judged by Craig, although they other three all gave her decent marks, but that is just my opinion. I am one contributor to these forums who admits that the judges know far more about dancing than I do. It can be quite illuminating watching Karen Hardy dissect the dances on It Takes Two. She points out things that the judges noticed but passed me by.

I think it probably is a foregone conclusion. Jay and Aliona have never been in the dance-off. Then again, they are not the only ones. I guess you could say they have not been tested the way, for example, Anita and Gleb have been by being bottom of the leaderboard and still not being in the bottom two. And after all, in the final, it's all down to the viewers' vote, is it not?

After the first program of this series Jay and Aliona were crowned 2015 Champions.

She has no previous speciality to overcome, so in theory (as yes she showed potential), she's the one who SHOULD have found it easiest to learn Latin + Ballroom.

Those rose tinted glasses really are a marvel, no one is more deserving than Anton, its a shame that boy band members like Jay with extensive dance training and mega fan bases are allowed on Strictly.

I don't see Peter as a loser at all Gwaed, they had to get rid of Peter so that Jay could have his one horse race as we are seeing.

It has been revealed that the girl who won X Factor has also had extensive pre show training, the ethos now with shows like Strictly and X Factor seems to be never mind the journey of improvement through the show, just give it to the semi pro..

That is hardly a valid argument for the Final seeing as both Georgia and Kellie have had equivalent or better Stage and dance school training to Jay and both of them are actors (unlike Jay)

Exactly. The only one who doesn't have "extensive dance training" as people are calling it is Katie, who is the one people on DS are desperate to claim doesn't belong there and that her existence proves that there's a fix. Can't win for losing, these celebs.
